Charles was awesome, very knowledgeable, understood very quickly what we were trying to do and had solutions. I was concerned due to the timing whether or not we would close on time and Charles assured us it would be no problem. Not only did Charles have a solution for us, he was able to save us close to $28K! I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone purchasing a home and be sure to ask for Charles, he will put your mind at ease. If you have questions, Muhammad has the answers. He goes above and beyond, he will call you on his days off. He checks in with you 1-2x a day sometimes more. “Honestly” When it comes to loans and different programs Rocket may have, Muhammad is very knowledgeable in the area of getting approved for a loan and different programs to assist with a down payment and closing cost. If for any reason, you need help getting better credit scores…… Guess what? Muhammad can help you with that process as well. Muhammad is honestly an all-around good guy and you will not be disappointed. Muhammad was able to approve me when a previous lender said no.
