He answered exhaustive questions and made me feel very comfortable to move forward to my refinance process. I am an "older" so I was not tech savvy at all. He was very patient with me. He is the reason I got this loan through Rocket. I am overall very happy with their products (I already had a mortgage with them.) Excellent customer service. Would continue to use Rocket if I have another financial need."

After my last experience with another Mortgage company I was ready to give up because I had lost trust and honesty for large companies out there. But Elisa reached out to me out of no where and I took that as sign from God to go with this company and I'm so happy I did. Great customer service and people skills (as my dad would say). Very professional and caring and in today's world that's so important to have. She was with me throughout this entire process even when she turned me over to the closing team. She was still there in the background making sure I was okay with everything and that I understood every process. And to me that's what I call Excellent Customer Service. I'm forever grateful. Very knowledgeable of the process and did a great job setting my expectations and guiding me through the process. Furthermore, he even knew what to do to get things moving again when my ex-wife was uncooperative and was not responding to his calls, messages, or emails. I am beyond grateful and thankful for not just Sean, but every Rocket team member that helped to make this happen."
