More than once, I suggested he give me a list of what WAS required rather than NOT needed. I hung up on him and asked to be assigned to someone else. They assigned me to his boss who CLEARLY knew how to handle a loan. I was an existing customer for somewhere around 10 years. I can only imagine what they put NEW customers through. In the past, I have recommended Rocket. NEVER AGAIN!"

I tried for days to work with him, gave many chances over, attempting to establish some kind of connection & understanding. This is NOT an experience I'd wish for anyone. I called the company back hoping to help them help HIM so it doesn't continue."

In Charles we also found a great listener who guided us through the process, all the paperwork, showed us alternatives and options we had not thought about, all geared toward helping us understand the whys and why nots of each idea we brought to him and not stopping until we arrived at a decision that was acceptable to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Charles to anyone looking for a mortgage who goes above and beyond being just a Mortgage banker."
