This process had so many moving parts and people involved. JT was with us every step of the way, patiently explaining it all, providing options and resolutions, and answering all of our questions. I assumed once my mother's offer was accepted we would be transferred to someone else at Rocket Mortgage, and we were. But I was extremely pleased that JT continued to remain in touch, followed the paperwork process, and check in until we were officially closed.
