So I took a shot, and I truly am glad that I did! From first point of contact he was professional, very responsive, and went over a few options of refinancing to pay off some debt and do some home additions that we have been wanting to upgrade! Never once did he make me feel pressured or like I was just another number to a loan. He let us decide what was best and reassured us it was okay if we did or did not choose to refinance! His emails were professional, responsive, informative and he kept in contact from start to finish and made this refinance quick, easy and painless! He walked us through the whole process, and the app made it very easy to see our status updates and upload paperwork as it was needed! I highly recommend Brendon S.
