She explained everything to us clearly and made sure we understood every step of the home buying process which was important to us since we were first time home buyers. she had awesome communication skills and always called to check up on us thru out the whole process. We hope we have the pleasure to work with her again in the future if we need to."

He genuinely cared about our experience and is clearly passionate about his career and the company he works with. The communication was better than we could have asked for and he pushed our closing back twice just to make sure we got the LOWEST possible rate, as they were changing daily! We are so happy with our experience in its entirety and the follow up support we’ve received from Rocket Mortgage is so impressive! We are so happy that we chose to work with them and we now refer anyone looking to refi!!"
