Your pages have too much info on them. Would rather have 10 pages of 1 task each vice 1 page of 10 tasks. The documents listed under "Tasks" and the docs listed to the right caused me some confusion. Which one to sign and which ones just to read. Took me some time to go back and forth to get where I needed to go. Just keep separate. Also, y'all seemed to assume that everyone has the ability to take pictures, download then upload. Also not everyone has a camera for conference calls nor the tech savvy to use them. Had to go back and forth with Melvin, and he had to clarify with you and get back with me on several things; such as I had to mail certain pages to you vice uploading. Melvin straighten this out after several messages stating I could not do this. Your auto generated forms kept insisting. Samr thing with the closing. Set up for an "in home" visit with notary. Then got message telling me what to do for video conference call. Once again, had to contact Melvin and he straightened it out. I realize that in today's tech world that most things are done electronically; but please keep things simple and logical so people that are not tech savvy won't get frustrated and say "forget it"."

I did not expect to hear back from anyone that evening. He returned my call. We talked for about an hour and a half with him assuring me that he would make this work out. He was available to me at all times he actually sent me a contact every time I called. He was there and answered all of my questions. He did not lie he walked me every step of the way I felt a comfort with him like he truly cared about what was best for me and my needs. So if you are in need of an excellent banker/refinance he will get the job done. He is your guy. like him before. He actually returned my call on a Sunday evening when I started my process he spent about an hour and a half on the phone with me making me feel comfortable secure and letting me know that he would answer any questions that I had and work with me every step of the way. He had me as a contact and was available anytime that I needed him."
