Arielle took the time to explain step by step on how and what we need to buy a house. She took the time to explain what all the words of real estate means to make it easy to understand. She had no issue explaining over and over until we fully understood the process. ITS A LOT! But, with her fighting for us, and helping us, we knew we were in good hands! She is a good one to have in your corner fighting for you to get the best deal! There are bumps along the way, but she will help get over them and keep going. Trust in Arielle and her team. They truly have you in their best interest! THANK YOU SO MUCH, a 100 times over Arielle! We LOVE our new home! Brian and Douglas Elliott"

We felt we had a human contact all along. The most awkward part was our closer who arrived 45 minutes late, rushed us through the signing of the numerous pages and then Rocket sent us 4 checks for us to send to creditors that caused us credits! We won't recommend Rocket to anyone due to that."
