She recognized that one of the best ways to strengthen my offer/bid on the home was through having a fast close. She guaranteed a 14 day close when industry standard is 21 days and actually delivered- closing in just 8 days! She is very knowledgeable and communicates effectively removing any potential issues upfront. She is also a very good project manager ensuring everyone involved with the home buying is keeping things moving towards a successful outcome. She is proactive in checking for the best offers you can get for your financial situation and in my case she was able to get the best rates and terms than even a big bank can offer in this competitive market. If you’re going to choose Rocket Mortgage then I would recommend you to seek Kim as your primary loan officer to get truly the best experience."

Almost 2 years ago we did a refi thru Stalin and every step along the way Stalin helped us and answered all our questions and made this cumbersome process effortless. This was the best mortgage process we have ever gone thru... Until about a year later when Stalin called me and gave me a heads up that rates dropped and he was going to help us save even more without any out of pocket expense. We were amazed and extremely appreciative of how much time and money Stalin and Rocket Mortgage has saved us. I would strongly recommend Stalin to anyone looking to buy a new home or refinance current. Thank you"

"I was connected with Andrew via Rocket’s chatbot. He was able to get me through the preapproval process while I was at work (had him on speaker while working on customer’s cars), and was both patient ...I was connected with Andrew via Rocket’s chatbot. He was able to get me through the preapproval process while I was at work (had him on speaker while working on customer’s cars), and was both patient and understanding the whole time. He even followed up with me after hours to see it through after I’d told him I’d be working late. Fast forward several months and Andrew didn’t alter his approach; he was thorough, honest and dedicated to helping me through this process and as a result we recently closed on our first home. We had to jump through many hurdles during the process including price increases, paperwork errors, a half dozen delays to closing, all things out of his control yet he was always willing to answer my questions and get back to me whenever he was able. Many others in the process fell short, but Andrew was phenomenal from the beginning. 10/10, 5/5, whatever metric is used, give that guy a raise."
