I had several conversations specifically with Matt and Megan, throughout the process, they were absolutely phenomenal, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely caring. Our home-buying experience was especially challenging because of several issues on the seller’s side, but this team stayed on top of everything. They communicated with us consistently, worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and went above and beyond to help my family overcome every obstacle. Their dedication and support made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. Matt, Megan, and the entire Rocket Mortgage team truly cared about getting our family into our new home. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and commitment. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home!"
