We ended up paying 11k more than what we were told we would have to pay at the beginning. She blatantly lies and tries to sweet talk her way out of it. I absolutely do not recommend her or Rocket Mortgage."

He called immediately upon submitting a pre approval request and from there he was on top of it answering any questions and reassuring us through the entire process. While there were always questions and nerves, we got approved much quicker than average and overall it was a very painless experience which I hear otherwise from basically everyone. If we get a new home in the future I hope to have Austins help and if anyone will be looking to purchase I will recommend him."
