"Redi spoke with me for a considerable amount of time, knowing my wife and I may move within a year and also knowing our credit card debt is off the charts. Almost an impossibility to make a loan ...Redi spoke with me for a considerable amount of time, knowing my wife and I may move within a year and also knowing our credit card debt is off the charts. Almost an impossibility to make a loan happen. But he went out of his way to talk with me and give me options. Redi is very knowledgeable about Texas Loans and he is qualified to work in half the other states. Knowing our credit card situation, Redi was kind enough to walk through a personal payment plan to get us out of debt and in a better position to be eligible to have a Rocket Mortgage. He did not have to do that and I really appreciate his time and willingness to help. I would highly recommend Redi. I would definitely work with him again in the future!"

We were desperate to find a loan for our new house that was soon to close.Talked first with Daniel Friedberg of Rocket Mortgage, who quickly gave us the info we needed to make a decision, then the rest of his team worked well to facilitate the loan completion. While I was at first hesitant to do a loan online without any face to face time, it was a remarkably easy and painless process. We are Rocket Mortgage fans!"

I was not prepared for the changes resulting from the crash of 2008. I have an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and ran my own business for 25 years. However I have serious doubts that I could have successfully completed the steps required to obtain a mortgage in 2016 without the professional (also friendly and understanding) guidance of Bob White and his associates. I highly recommend Bob to anyone looking to purchase a home."

He has answered our questions to our satisfaction, we have confided so much about our financial situation with him and he has told us what we need to do to take care of those financial issues that could affect the refinancing process because we want the process to go smoothly. Refinancing is a very personal and confidential process in which a lot of disclosures have to be made and when we speak with Ryan it feels as though we're speaking with a family member, I've never had to think, "Oh, I shouldn't have said that, or I need to get back on the phone with Ryan to clarify what I meant." Ryan is very patient and understanding and customizes the process and his hours to our schedule, situation and needs, which makes the process much easier to go through. With Rocket Mortgage I am always speaking with a live person, Ryan, directly, there's continuity. I don't have to explain why I am calling to anyone and who I need to talk to just to be put on hold, I call Ryan directly and he knows my name when he picks up. Ryan is a professional. I must admit that an agent from another company called me to try to get me to refinance with them, and my impression of that individual after my first conversation with him was that he and the people he worked with were just a bunch of clowns who had no respect for what I said and went and did the complete opposite. I was frustrated and upset to say the least, though, it was good to compare the difference I experienced when speaking with Ryan at Rocket Mortgage who listens, is helpful and a professional with whom I was already happy to be in communication. I expect to write another great review after closing and make referrals to friends and everyone on here, Facebook, Twitter, and anywhere I can recommend Rocket Mortgage and bankers like Ryan Albig."
