He was patient and ...I remember the first time Collin called me offering to help with my home purchase. I was reluctant at first as I did not know him and had not done work with Rocket Mortgage. He was patient and offered information on himself and Rocket Mortgage. We continued to talk and I eventually gained confidence and decided to share information needed in order to evaluate my loan needs. I can safely say that not having bought a house in over 27 years the process of shopping for mortgage lenders via the internet was all new but yet again easy to learn and use. It also helped that I am somewhat tech knowledgeable. Very pleased with how Collin introduced the Rocket Mortgage approach to mortgage lending to me. Thanks and look forward to being a client. I can truly say that Katlyn is one of the finest i have come into contact with. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have her and we customers are fortunate to have her working for and with us. From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. She shared a few anecdotes herself while maintaining her professionalism throughout the process."

My husband and I liked Scott from our first conversation; he was direct, forthcoming, honest and never once reneged on what he promised he could do. My daughter a cynical real estate attorney and partner in a real estate law firm and title company was less than charmed when I told her about our enthusiasm for Scott and what he said he could do for us. She wanted to investigate to protect us. After talking with Scott, reviewing all his facts and figures, and investigating and checking out his proposals and Rocket Mortgage, she said, "Mom, we couldn't even do this for you as my own mother as fast and cheaply as Scott can. You should definitely jump on this proposal as fast as you can". She corresponded with Scott and reviewed all proposals and updates throughout, going over proposed closing costs and eventually settlement sheets with a fine tooth comb, checking to make sure all federal laws, etc. were timely complied with and that we were getting exactly what we had been promised at the quoted cost. If she had a question or issue that needed resolution, Scott took care of it immediately. In short, Scott made our refinance a pleasant, and efficient process. He was ALWAYS instantly available, answered questions patiently (we are both over 75) and explained every step and requirement in terms anyone could understand. The Rocket Mortgage communications board by which documents and information is exchanged between Rocket Mortgage and borrowers was perfect, and our Client Care Coordinator, Erika Kyles was as responsive and helpful as Scott. She answered immediately, offered creative ways to exchange documents and signatures, etc. and kept the stress level down to nil. I would not only highly recommend Scott and Erika and Rocket Mortgage, I think I will plan to put them in our Will!. "

I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend. I will absolutely refer any friend, family, colleague or associate to him without a single doubt because I know if there's one person who can get it done flawlessly, it will be Moe. A loan process can be difficult, yet Marjan helped us obtain the loan in record time with no problems at all. We have had several home loans in our life time and many were filled with unanswered questions, lack of communication and tons of paperwork sent repeatedly. I called several mortgage companies, but when I reached out to Rocket Mortgage on a late evening, Sean answered. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty. I was introduced to Aaron by a mutual client of ours that had spoken to the usual big lenders In town, but could not be helped. Aaron was able to work around their issues, prequalify them and we were under contract within a week. A few weeks later, I ran into another situation. A client that I was working with had a break in employment, and the local guys all gave the thumbs down. I figured I'd give Aaron a chance and see if he could help us, and WOW! We are closing in a week, less than a month of escrow for an FHA loan. If it seems impossible, give Aaron a call before you give up, he may just make it work for you. But it doesn't stop there, he is officially added to my "Vendor List" of preferred banks. I will gladly use him whether I have a perfect buyer or one with some problems to work around.
