The experience ...Five!! I am amazed at how well my-refi went. This is the first time in 10 years that I have any faith in my mortgage company. The other mortgage company I was with was a nightmare. The experience with Rocket Mortgage has been so much better-they work with you every step of the way, keep you informed and make it very easy to pay your mortgage. I pay my mortgage in 2 monthly installments electronically and the process is seamless! The Rocket Mortgage refi and closing process was painless, unlike my other financing and closing experiences. (Title companies make me feel uncomfortable. They don't give you a chance to preview the docs before signing and I always had the nagging feeling I was signing something I shouldn't be.) On the other hand, my experience with Rocket Mortgage couldn't have been better. The documents were express mailed to me several days before my scheduled closing so that I could review them completely. Rocket Mortgage's closer met me after work at my office, explained every document to me and I felt very comfortable with signing for the first time in my life. How cool is that?!!! "

The loan process was made so much easier when a representative is thorough, quick to respond and exceptionally kind. A loan process can be difficult, yet Marjan helped us obtain the loan in record time with no problems at all. We have had several home loans in our life time and many were filled with unanswered questions, lack of communication and tons of paperwork sent repeatedly. None of this was a problem with Marjan and we wish he had been available with every loan!! A great job and 100 per cent notice to everyone to contact Rocket Mortgage/Rocket and ask for him. Chris kept me informed through the whole process. I didn’t have electronic signature on my phone. He and another employee helped me download your mini app. It ended up being so helpful. Chris was organized and extremely patient. Our refinance was in the range I hoped for. He listened well. He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you. Chris could handle with class and integrity any promotion you give him in the future. I’m a teacher and really related to his positive and serious nature with doing the steps correctly. Gross incompetence from the ...Cutter was professional and extremely helpful during just an awful refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. The process could not have been handled much worse. Gross incompetence from the contracted appraiser resulted in unnecessary mortgage insurance that will cost me over $2k before it finally is removed from my account. They told me they would not be selling my mortgage, but after 6 weeks it has already been sold to another company. Their estimates needed for escrow were so poorly calculated that I got $4k back from them after closing. The communication during the refinancing is shockingly unprofessional if you hear from them at all. Cutter is a very nice young man but Rocket Mortgage is a complete joke. They must be hiring high school dropouts to manage their processes."

I found Brad to be professional and a visionary to what our needs were. Brad was honest and straight forward about the process and kept us abreast every step of the loan process. We started our loan process with Rocket Mortgage February 7 and got word today that the process has finalized and we will be closing soon. If all goes as planned with closing then I must say this is a first rate company with first rate people with Brad at the top of that list. Brad was quick to follow up when we had questions and even responded a time or two on the weekend. Brad was awesome and truly rates a 5 out of 5. I would recommend Him and Rocket Mortgage to anyone going through this process. Keep up the great work Brad and thank you for your diligence and professionalism and for your sensitivity to our needs. "

She goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and you understand each step in the process. No question was ever insignificant and either she or someone on her team were always there to make us feel as though our loan was a top priority. We refinanced before and never got the attention and support that Tala and her team provided. She is smart, caring and generous with her time. Jon Binns took the time to ...This was my first home buying experience. At first I was scared to death and completely lost in a sea of jargon and terms and conditions that I didn't really understand. Jon Binns took the time to completely explain the entire process for me. He laid out all of the options that were available to me based upon my personal financial situation. He constantly surprised me with his speedy responses to emails or texts. It didn't seem to matter whether it was 1:00 am on a Saturday night or not Jon was always there to help or reassure me along the way. Even after his part was completed he would check in on me every few days to make sure his teammate was still taking care of me. To put it simply, I would highly recommend Jon Binns for your next home purchase! I liked him so much that I feel like I owe him! Hey Jon, if you're ever in North Alabama, look me up and I'll treat you to a steak and some beers!"

Having refinanced somewhat recently in the past (3 yrs previous), I was well aware of the hassle the process can be. Brett assured me that this would be no hassle, and he wouldn't keep coming back to me asking for more documents to be uploaded. He was true to his word. I was able to re-finance by uploading just one or two documents. No in-home inspection, no appraisal, no hassle. Just confirmed salary and he took care of the rest. The interest rate we got was ridiculously low, and in the end will save a bunch of money. We liked it so much we had Brett help us refi some investment property the month after the primary residence refi closed. Trust Brett, he knows what he's doing. Thanks Brett!"
