Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for speaking to Nathan. I feel that if one person could embody the word customer service it would be Nathan. In the past I have tried to tell banks and other lenders my story, but no one truly listened. Nathan listened to me and treated me as a unique person. He worked with me and understood that I am an individual looking to make a life changing decision and not a customer. From the very first day he worked to ensure that I received the very best service. As the process went along he kept reassuring me that things would work out. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before. I almost forgot that he had other clients and people to work with due to his personalized approach. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this man's work and service. I hope in the future I can work with Nathan again. I am sure this is how home buying should be. I appreciate him because he gave me a chance. If you are looking for a loan I hope you speak to Nathan. "

Chris kept me informed through the whole process. I didn’t have electronic signature on my phone. He and another employee helped me download your mini app. It ended up being so helpful. Chris was organized and extremely patient. Our refinance was in the range I hoped for. He listened well. He always seemed to like his job because no matter what help we needed, he was always there for us. Getting a refinance was incredibly easy compared to others I’ve done over my adult life.The banking I’ve done with Rocket Mortgage was respectful, fair, mostly easy and completed in a shorter amount of time than possible with traditional businesses. Chris had all the people including the notary on time. I was amazed at how your company has such a well coordinated group of people including people in my home. He was amazing at coordinating people I needed to see in person. I never worried about the integrity of business with your company. Thank you for my 2nd or 3rd refinance with you. Chris could handle with class and integrity any promotion you give him in the future. I’m a teacher and really related to his positive and serious nature with doing the steps correctly. I previously worked at a mortgage company and it's been over 10 years since I've applied for a mortgage so I knew how the process would work but I was totally blown away by Rocket Mortgage. The process was very easy and went without any hiccups. Getting a mortgage you expect some issues and you dread the process. I can't believe how easy Dominic and Rocket Mortgage made this process. Hail to the chief. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is #1. Even your post-closed process is thoughtful. I received a personalized email telling me how to set up my account for payments. There is even an amortization schedule online so I can track my progress to payoff. The helpful emails about potential scammers who might be contacting me since my mortgage was recorded was informative. Rocket Mortgage has put a lot of thought into their customers. It's refreshing to find a company who is putting their customers first. I will always be a Rocket Mortgage customer. Thank you!!!"

"I was pretty much at the end of my rope trying to refinance my house. I applied to 3 different banks and was turned down primarily because of my lack of income. My house valued at $265,000 and I owed ...I was pretty much at the end of my rope trying to refinance my house. I applied to 3 different banks and was turned down primarily because of my lack of income. My house valued at $265,000 and I owed $81,000 and I had $15,000 total otherwise. I clearly understand my debt to ratio was a valid and a good reason to refuse me but I paid my mortgage religiously for over 35 years. Again, I know that doesn't matter. Matthew continued to try to help me and found other assets that I had but after not hearing from him for 1day I figured it was not going to be possible to get the refinance .But I had heard "no" so many times I was ok ,I can live without it. To make a long, boring read to the end I close on Thursay and I will get ev I asked for. Matthew was very good to me, was polite and professional. He's a really great guy."

Gross incompetence from the ...Cutter was professional and extremely helpful during just an awful refinancing process with Rocket Mortgage. The process could not have been handled much worse. Gross incompetence from the contracted appraiser resulted in unnecessary mortgage insurance that will cost me over $2k before it finally is removed from my account. They told me they would not be selling my mortgage, but after 6 weeks it has already been sold to another company. Their estimates needed for escrow were so poorly calculated that I got $4k back from them after closing. The communication during the refinancing is shockingly unprofessional if you hear from them at all. Cutter is a very nice young man but Rocket Mortgage is a complete joke. They must be hiring high school dropouts to manage their processes."

Jon Binns took the time to ...This was my first home buying experience. At first I was scared to death and completely lost in a sea of jargon and terms and conditions that I didn't really understand. Jon Binns took the time to completely explain the entire process for me. He laid out all of the options that were available to me based upon my personal financial situation. He constantly surprised me with his speedy responses to emails or texts. It didn't seem to matter whether it was 1:00 am on a Saturday night or not Jon was always there to help or reassure me along the way. Even after his part was completed he would check in on me every few days to make sure his teammate was still taking care of me. To put it simply, I would highly recommend Jon Binns for your next home purchase! I liked him so much that I feel like I owe him! Hey Jon, if you're ever in North Alabama, look me up and I'll treat you to a steak and some beers!"

Which Is absolutely contrary to my first experience buying a house through a different small bank. When I bought the house I never had any idea what was going on, but the refinance? I felt like an actual friend and I did make friends with Michael Calhoun the mortgage banker and John Wilson from their credit repair team. I can’t leave him out. Both amazing individuals and Rocket Mortgage, not to mention is obviously a great company to employ such wonderful individuals, those that clearly exemplify there core values. I know that Rocket Mortgage-rocket mortgage is a big company and a lot of people out in the world will advise you to go through some random small business or bank when it comes to these huge and sometimes scary transactions. I mean think about it. Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions/transactions that you will ever make. But I’ll tell you what? If you are on the fence about who to go to? Pick Rocket Mortgage. Not only did I get treated like a friend in every single interaction (and let me tell you, there were a lot of them) but I also got a better interest rate, a smaller payment, and the communication I deserved as a customer. I’d rather go with a big bank who can handle my needs than feel neglected and an afterthought as I was in my original purchase with a smaller bank. Whether you are looking to buy a house as a first time buyer, buying another house or refinancing. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket mortgage and Michael Calhoun will Always have your best interests in mind. Make the right choice, one you can feel good about. That’s all I can say. Thank you all so very much."

She told me that he was “excellent and worked miracles.” When experiencing a major life change such as divorce, and solely relied on your husband that was responsible for all the finances for almost 30 years, it can be very intimidating and difficult to adjust to losing that. I had no idea about the refinancing process and what was involved. As I explained the situation to Mr. Shaw, he assured me he would guide me through the process. Clark was extremely through with answering many of the questions I had. Not once did I feel embarrassed or like he was overwhelmed by my questioning and the need of him to explain everything. He also made sure I understood everything. I also had a few things that I needed done in my home and Clark made that possible. This whole divorce process and experience of losing your family, and having to now do things alone, it is very hard to adjust to. I would have to say that this was the best experience I had with the new refinancing process Thanks to Mr. Shaw. I will without a doubt recommend and refer Clark Shaw to everyone and anyone I know. I cannot stress how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Mr. Shaw and working with him. I am so very thankful for my neighbor Sherri recommending me to go to Mr. Shaw. Not only did she get me an approval letter in a matter of a couple days (we had already put an offer in as my wife and I work backwards!) but she saw the whole purchase through until the end. Even when the account was "passed on" to the next specialist within Rocket Mortgages Laura remained involved to make sure everything was handled smoothly.
