I just thought when i was done with Nick that i was done with the process and instead we were handed to another person who needed a whole new set of documents. That was a bit frustrating, but again probably not Nick's fault. Just an expectations thing. Thank you very much. "

What I mostly appreciated what the fact that I was not pressured into anything and everything was done on my time and on my timetable; absolutely no sales pitch. When Anthony was asked to wait while I reviewed documents, or to wait while I made sure this was something I wanted to do, he did not place any pressure on me or call to harass me. Anthony allowed me to this on my terms and on my time. Anthony was courteous and always had the time to go over everything with me page by page (tab by tab), process by process. I was a bit uncomfortable initially to do this, since this was a huge undertaking, however Anthony answered all of my questions, immediately returned calls and emails and went above and beyond the call of duty. I was very impressed with the entire process. Thank you so very much. I know I was not the easiest customer to work with, but your patience, was welcomed. In the end, I was very happy with your outstanding customer service. "

We were extremely nervous about the mortgage application process, this being our first time ever; but the moment we got in touch with Gino who answered that magic call I made last year, I could not believe how calm, respectful and easy he made everything sound like. By the way, to me, Gino seems always came across as a calm, soft-spoken, patient, and respectful, compassionate, understanding, and a very professional individual. Additionally, Gino always had a solution for any difficult situation we faced, he was always able to maintain all situations that seemed confusing or stressful, especially when dealing with out real estate agent who was not as easy and always seemed challenging as she wanted to convince us to use her lending company (which was different from Rocket Mortgage) right in the beginning. So, we were so blessed to have Gino process our Mortgage; he made sure we benefited from the best rate ever one could have for mortgage: 2.25%. I would unreservedly recommend Gino to anyone considering applying for mortgage, he did an outstanding job of representing Rocket Mortgage, his employer."

From the first time I spoke with her, she was professional and a sweetheart. She knows her business and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was always ready to answer any questions and was willing to walk me through the on-line process. Even after I had moved along in the process, she checked in and it felt as if I was speaking with an old friend. She remembered personal items and asked about my family. "I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out ...I discovered Mike on the internet, early in 2019. I was interested in refinancing my home after my divorce. Mike was very professional and helpful, in filling out my application. Finding out quickly that I was approved for a home loan from his company. Rocket Mortgage. The rate of the mortgage was 2.0 percentage points below my current mortgage. Which was at 6.5 percent. That would mean a lower mortgage payment for me, more money in my pocket per month. Unfortunately, his company found out that my name was on another property that had a payment that had exceeded 30 days at one time. But it had been paid off after the deliquent payment. So I was penalized for one year. Mike said that once my penalty was expired I could resume my application with him. He advised me to keep making my payment's on time. I did that! I called Mike First week of October, 2019. He started the wheel turning again for me, all electronically. Signature and all. Application was approved, I went with a VA loan as I'm retired military. It was a little more work on my part, going with a VA loan. Mike informed me that the rates were lower now. He locked me in a 30 year fixed mortgage at 3.25 Percent. Half of my current rate of 6.5 percent. With coaching from Mike and patience from myself. It took a little time to complete the process. All the the paper was meticulous and reviewed for perfection by his team from Rocket Mortgage. Mike was always helpful and positive on every question or issue that I had for him. He was always friendly and respectful to me, on every question or issue I presented to him. He had a positive attitude and always answered my questions, in a quick and timely manner. With answers! I started the Loan application October 08th, 2019. Closed on the Mortgage December 20th 2019. I'm very pleased. One thing I recommend, is to check your Rocket Mortgage page once a day. When you have a task, complete it as quickly as possible. Read it over and over. Become aware of the whole package. There's alot going on and to learn. It really helped me. Thank you to Mike and all at Rocket Mortgage. I'll use you again on my next home purchase. Sincerely, William Maynor. Happy Customer."

We had been given the run around by several other financial institutions full of false hopes and fake pretenses. Late one evening Robert called me and to be quite honest, I didn't want to hear a thing he had to say. The last thing I wanted was to jump through hoops for no reason, again. He kept asking us to trust him and that he would take care of us. After what we had been through we were rather cynical but didn't stay that way for long. He was sincere. He was genuine. He was knowledgeable. Most of all, he was honest. The day after speaking with him and starting the process, I was back to freaking out thinking Rocket Mortgage was going to pull the same shenanigans the other lenders had. Once again, he assured me that this was an easy process and he would help us every step of the way. He has held true to his word. I have bugged him numerous times throughout the process and he has always been there to listen to my concerns, answer any questions and if by chance he doesn't have the answer he gets it. In today's world, customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It is refreshing to know that there are still people like Robert out there who actually know what customer service is and strive to be the best. Bravo to Rocket Mortgage for having him as part of the team. Robert has saved our family from financial ruin. I guess you could say he is our personal loan hero! For that, we cannot thank you enough!"

My wife and I found our dream house and didn’t want it to get away. We were wotking with our local bank at the time and every step of the process was slow and tedious. From the moment I first spoke to Cortni she was positive, kind, and professional. I felt like she made our loan her number one priority. She was always available and consistently returned phone calls immediately. She helped me understand the different options we had with our loan and made sure I knew the advantages and disadvantages of each option. She even helped me put together an offer on the house that I was comfortable with. We were a family of 8 living in a 2 bedroom house and I can honestly say that we would still be there if it wasn’t for Cortni. She’s the best I’ve ever envountered in the business and I’m eternally grateful for her help."

Honestly I have seen the commercials and I read alot of positive reviews, but felt the words were to good to be true. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will be forever grateful for speaking to Nathan. I feel that if one person could embody the word customer service it would be Nathan. In the past I have tried to tell banks and other lenders my story, but no one truly listened. Nathan listened to me and treated me as a unique person. He worked with me and understood that I am an individual looking to make a life changing decision and not a customer. From the very first day he worked to ensure that I received the very best service. As the process went along he kept reassuring me that things would work out. I honestly could not believe it each day that my family and I were getting closer to purchasing a home. There were several requests for documents and verification that made me felt uneasy, but he was such a reassuring force that supported me throughout. He was always available and answered every question I had no matter if it was a question I previously asked before. I almost forgot that he had other clients and people to work with due to his personalized approach. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this man's work and service.
