I luckily clicked on a Rocket Mortgage link and decided to use their online chat service to ask a few questions. I luckily was put into contact with Michael. He gave me great information and has actually started me on the path to homeownership. He told me I needed to work my credit a bit and set me up with people who are going to help me get my credit up to par. In all the research I’ve done thus far no one has even come close to actually getting the process started for me. Michael truly seems like he wants to help me get into a house and in this profession this character is sometimes hard to find. It’s crazy that after our chat I feel becoming a homeowner again is finally in my grasp and this is a direct result of michael’s information and help. I also believe he’s in it to help. If anyone reads these reviews and are looking for someone to work with someone at Rocket Mortgage michael is the man!!!"

"I was pretty much at the end of my rope trying to refinance my house. I applied to 3 different banks and was turned down primarily because of my lack of income. My house valued at $265,000 and I owed ...I was pretty much at the end of my rope trying to refinance my house. I applied to 3 different banks and was turned down primarily because of my lack of income. My house valued at $265,000 and I owed $81,000 and I had $15,000 total otherwise. I clearly understand my debt to ratio was a valid and a good reason to refuse me but I paid my mortgage religiously for over 35 years. Again, I know that doesn't matter. Matthew continued to try to help me and found other assets that I had but after not hearing from him for 1day I figured it was not going to be possible to get the refinance .But I had heard "no" so many times I was ok ,I can live without it. To make a long, boring read to the end I close on Thursay and I will get ev I asked for. Matthew was very good to me, was polite and professional. He's a really great guy."

I was pleasantly surprised with the results from Rocket Mortgage. Every step of the way with Amie was a pleasure. I have never done business with someone like her before. I really can't find the words to describe my experience . She was just phenomenal to deal with. I felt like she cared about me and was excited as I was for the the condo purchase. I can't find one negative thing to say about any part or anyone involved in the process. Amie is an asset to Rocket Mortgage and in my opinion one of a kind and irreplaceable. I would recommend her and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking to buy a home!"

I already had another mortgage through Rocket Mortgage and was very comfortable with their services. Being that my moving company gave me the choice of Rocket Mortgage-it was a no brainer. The Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage app is so easy to use and I loved being able to use it to process documents and get things signed electronically. I can't say enough about Rocket Mortgage as they are a world class customer focused orientation. On to Troy specifically. From the start Trot went to bat for me in ways that others in my moving process had not. He went to underwriting multiple times on my behalf to help them understand my financial situation to ensure I can get the most out of my loan that I needed. While dealing with that, he kept me in the loop of communication ten fold! He didn't over communicate, but his timing was perfect and I always felt like I knew where I stood in the process of securing my loan. His customer service skills are outstanding and he built rapport and actively listened to my needs as I was making a life changing cross country move. My Wife Diana summed it up perfectly by saying "If only Troy and Rocket Mortgage could've been our Realtor and others throughout the moving process we wouldn't of had to worry about anything!" She's right. I've dealt with moving companies, realtors on both sides of the country, vehicle shipping managers, estimators, etc. and Troy was hands down the easiest and nicest person to deal with. I would recommend Troy and Rocket Mortgage to anybody who is looking for a home and doesn't want to feel like "just another file," or customer. Troy made my phone conversations personal and understood where I wanted to be, and he helped get me there. THANK YOU to Troy and Rocket Mortgage for making the process easy. "

There were times when I would ask her for assistance in understanding something, and even if my question was not in her exact area (different workgroups in Rocket Mortgage) she would always either (1) know the answer, or (2) know who did. There were two times I did not find adequate answers from other Q people assigned to my mortgage and she would help when I called. In summary, she became my very able advisor and single-point (my decision) contact within Q. She was way above any normal level of helpful and friendly, on anyone's scale! Because I know Detroit, and where the Q officees are, we even shared comments about local eating establishments in the area. (Roasting Plant!) Nice to have a "real" person to help me, and NOT just another voice on the other end of the line. Liliana should be held up as an example of an employee that should be the standard of customer assistance and personal involvement."

We were about to close with another bank but VERY unsatisfied with the deal. The desire of a new home was making us just want to get everything over with. Thank GOD we reached out to Rocket Mortgage specifically to Jonathan. We were intimidated by false statements that were keeping us from searching another mortgage option but he was able to manage all that anxiety with grace and gave us peace of mind and the truth. I cannot leave out he helped us save SOOOO much money with his negotiation. He was available at all times no matter what (except on vacation in the desert lol and Boy did we miss him bc no other substitute was comparable). I believe that Jonathan at such young age has a true gift. A Perfect balance between his business knowledge and his not overwhelming persuasiveness to make his clients feel secure and confident while breaking any previous false self defense barriers we can have. You became a friend/family. Missing all that excitement sometimes. We BLESS YOU and will FOREVER be in our hearts and part of this home. PLEASE stop by when in Miami. After almost a year and a half trying to "re-finance" with our mortgage company of 10 years, we were so frustrated and in very bad shape financially. We just needed to get our payment down. I called Rocket Mortgage and within a few months we were done and are now saving about $3,000.00 a month. We got out from under our back taxes, cut our mortgage in half and the process was SO easy. DeAnna kept in touch with us weekly and was always there (even on weekends) to answer any and all questions. I tell everyone about our great experience and I highly recommend them! We now can stop stressing about making our mortgage payment and enjoy our 1st grandchild! Thank you DeAnna and Rocket Mortgage! Leslie & Jerry Behnke"
