However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"

I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. Adam became more than a Rocket Mortgage representative, but a friendly cohort as well. Thanks, Adam... you have been terrific and well-deserve five (5) stars for your work with us!"

Also, her turnaround time on my questions was minimal and she always responded with kindness and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and unlike other well-known lenders we closed the loan in a little more than 30 days. Rocket Mortgages (Rocket Mortgage) online portal is outstanding. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going. The funding and closing portion of the process was also smooth and quick. It's associates like Jessica that make Rocket Mortgage the number one lender in the USA. Thanks to Jessica, if I ever need another loan I'll definitely reach out to Rocket Mortgage again."

If you are like me, mortgage banker means mortgage broker and you think "sales." Mariah is the opposite of a salesperson. Working with her, in every communication via phone or email, you will feel as if Mariah truly cares about you personally and that she has been tasked with the job of helping you through what is normally perceived as a complicated, confusing process. But with her help, it is rather simple. Mariah's title should be "Mortgage Helper." She helps you every step of the way and she has perfected what I like to call, in my business, the lost art of "hand-holding." Even though Rocket Mortgage is online with no face-to-face interaction at a brick and mortar location, Mariah will hold your hand every step of the way. But Rocket Mortgage is more than just good customer service. Most importantly from a business perspective, the nuts and bolts of the refinancing process are accurately executed and exceptionally organized. Everything that Mariah says will happen, does happen, exactly when she says it will happen and even when there is nothing to report, she reaches out to reassure you that everything is going as planned. But Reid, had the human element, the friendly approach, which is not really a requisite. I honestly felt, he was not trying to gain me as a client, but that it was the real him talking to me. Throughout the loan process he was always following up on things. Whenever I had concerns he addressed them. From the first phone call I felt I’m talking to some one I’ve known and been friends with for years, when in reality he was a total stranger. We became fast friends, he no longer was just an agent. In his job he was there every time I needed his help or advise. He cared how the loan process was going. I was pressed for time and worried things will not get done in time. But he kept a very optimistic approach and was encouraging...! Reid Myers is an excellent agent, wonderful human being and a true gentleman. I value his friendship. I refinanced right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when everyone was refinancing so I know he must have been super busy. However, I couldn't tell he was super busy. He must be very organized to handle the workload. I would recommend Jeff if you're even thinking about refinancing or buying a home. I never felt pressured to refinance with Jeff and Rocket Mortgage. They are just the best value compared to the competitors so he just guided me through the process. It was nice working with you Jeff. Thanks for understanding that I had two active kids at home every time we spoke on the phone! Adam"

He was very easy to talk to. ...When looking for a re-if I decided to check with my current lender to see if I could get a drop in interest rate and monthly payment. I called and spoke with Andre Rakas. He was very easy to talk to. I asked several questions about different scenarios. He worked the numbers on a 30-yr and 20-yr mortgage. After being assured that I wouldn’t have to scan multiple documents I agreed to proceed. Since I had re-fi’d with Rocket Mortgage 1 year before they said they could use most of what they already had on file. I only had to supply new W-2, 1099, for 2020. They could access my tax returns with my permission. I didn’t have to send every page as well as I didn’t have to send bank statements either. A couple documents that were easily transmitted through their Rocket App with just a camera shot was all I had to provide. I was able to see where my mortgage process was and reply to any requests for docs. From the time I applied to closing was 17 days total. Not business days which would be even shorter. The best mortgage re-fi experience I’ve ever had."
