Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, new surveys, new abstracts and on and on it went. There was more than one time I wanted to pull plug on process. I am glad the process is done and over. We are in our retirement home. Rental property all set. Very very difficult process and to have two mortgages in process at the same time it was frustrating at times. However Michael did help us with the process and now it is said and done......life is good.!!!!! The difficulty of the process was not Rocket Mortgage fault it was what we did that made it a difficult process. I am not sure another mortgage company could have handled the complex process."

With that said, there are not enough words to express the professionalism, attention to detail and delightful attitude expressed by Ashley. I have worked with 100s of loan officers through my career and Ashley by far surpassed everyone with her outstanding dedication to her job. I was more than thrilled to have her taking care of my refinance. She was awesome. I completely 100% recommend Ashley and Rocket Mortgage for all your mortgage needs. They by far lead the industry in competence and compassion. We had a couple of minor glitches towards the end of the process and let me tell you, I've never seen a lender in all my years completely fix an issue within hours. Rocket Mortgage and their team I worked with are incredible. Thank you Ashley for all you did for me. You and Rocket made what usually is a stressful process as smooth as glass. Thank you."

Things were moving quickly in the beginning, with us receiving multiple offers on our home and putting an offer on a home we loved. We were feeling defeated when offers on both sides suddenly fell through. Doug didn't miss a beat, he worked with us steadily, checking in periodically to see how we were doing and if there was anything he could assist us with. We did finally sell our home and purchased a new home that we are completely in love with. Not once did we question Doug or the other staff, not once did they treat us with anything other than complete professionalism and true care and understanding. From start to finish, it was the smoothest process. Doug's expertise allowed us to focus on what mattered most and for that, we are incredibly grateful. Every detail was executed to perfection. Also, her turnaround time on my questions was minimal and she always responded with kindness and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and unlike other well-known lenders we closed the loan in a little more than 30 days. Rocket Mortgages (Rocket Mortgage) online portal is outstanding. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going. The funding and closing portion of the process was also smooth and quick. It's associates like Jessica that make Rocket Mortgage the number one lender in the USA. If you are like me, mortgage banker means mortgage broker and you think "sales." Mariah is the opposite of a salesperson. Working with her, in every communication via phone or email, you will feel as if Mariah truly cares about you personally and that she has been tasked with the job of helping you through what is normally perceived as a complicated, confusing process. But with her help, it is rather simple. Mariah's title should be "Mortgage Helper." She helps you every step of the way and she has perfected what I like to call, in my business, the lost art of "hand-holding." I called and spoke with Andre Rakas. He was very easy to talk to. I asked several questions about different scenarios. He worked the numbers on a 30-yr and 20-yr mortgage. After being assured that I wouldn’t have to scan multiple documents I agreed to proceed. Since I had re-fi’d with Rocket Mortgage 1 year before they said they could use most of what they already had on file. I only had to supply new W-2, 1099, for 2020. They could access my tax returns with my permission. I didn’t have to send every page as well as I didn’t have to send bank statements either. A couple documents that were easily transmitted through their Rocket App with just a camera shot was all I had to provide. I was able to see where my mortgage process was and reply to any requests for docs. From the time I applied to closing was 17 days total. Not business days which would be even shorter. The best mortgage re-fi experience I’ve ever had."
