He helped navigate me through several requests all in one effort. 1-He provided a lower APR which is now saving me money. 2-What I consider his most important discovery was that I paying an "Interest Only" payment with an SLS HELOC loan that is now bundled in with the new loan. 3-Ryan crafted a new, complete payment that now includes my Impound & Insurance payments so I know I will always be on track when taxes and insurance are due. 4-There were a few times when it looked as if my refinance request may have been declined due to its dynamics. These were the times when Ryan reached out to other support staff from Rocket Mortgage to help find the way for us to close this loan. 5-Ryan is incredibly professional, polite, insightful and courteous. I could not have worked with a better partner for this effort. In closing, I have worked in the Hotel/Hospitality industry for 40 years and work ethic, work quality and ultimately, customer care with ownership & solutions for any challenges is critical. Ryan delivered in all of these areas. I can tell a fake when I see/hear them. Ryan Hand is no fake. You should help groom and promote this young man from my experience with him. We have done two loans with him because he is a man of his word and actually CALLED US to let us know that the he could do even better with us on refinancing our loan that we already had with Rocket Mortgage. I tell anyone I meet or know that if they are ever wanting to refinance or get a loan that they must consider Ryan at Rocket Mortgage first. I never worry that their experience would be any different than ours. "

However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"

Long drawn out process. Michael worked with us from the beginning and with many many ups and downs was able to not only get the rental mortgage refinanced but new retirement home financed. We are talking new appraisals, new surveys, new abstracts and on and on it went. There was more than one time I wanted to pull plug on process. I am glad the process is done and over. We are in our retirement home. Rental property all set. Very very difficult process and to have two mortgages in process at the same time it was frustrating at times. However Michael did help us with the process and now it is said and done......life is good.!!!!! The difficulty of the process was not Rocket Mortgage fault it was what we did that made it a difficult process. I am not sure another mortgage company could have handled the complex process."

Tima was the first person I talked to at Rocket Mortgages and after speaking with him for a few minutes I knew I had found my guy! Within minutes he gave me hope that I would be able to close in a timely matter, with a better rate, and work with someone who was personable and professional. Even as the loan moved thru different stages and different contacts, Tima continued to check in with me to see how everything was going and to see if there was anything I needed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer or more hard working and knowledgeable person to have answered the phone that day, and for that I am grateful. Thank you Tima and crew for all your hard work! "

Also, her turnaround time on my questions was minimal and she always responded with kindness and professionalism. The entire process was smooth and unlike other well-known lenders we closed the loan in a little more than 30 days. Rocket Mortgages (Rocket Mortgage) online portal is outstanding. It provided a buyer-friendly platform that was easy to manage, upload and retain documents. It also kept us abreast of any changes or requests for documentation. Even though I used the portal a lot Jessica was always around for questions and follow-up when needed. She'd often reach out and see how things were going. The funding and closing portion of the process was also smooth and quick. It's associates like Jessica that make Rocket Mortgage the number one lender in the USA. I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend. I will absolutely refer any friend, family, colleague or associate to him without a single doubt because I know if there's one person who can get it done flawlessly, it will be Moe. If you are like me, mortgage banker means mortgage broker and you think "sales." Mariah is the opposite of a salesperson. Working with her, in every communication via phone or email, you will feel as if Mariah truly cares about you personally and that she has been tasked with the job of helping you through what is normally perceived as a complicated, confusing process. But with her help, it is rather simple. Mariah's title should be "Mortgage Helper." She helps you every step of the way and she has perfected what I like to call, in my business, the lost art of "hand-holding."
