The previous lender could not describe some of the basic concepts of the loans I was looking at/asking about. Frustrated I decided to give Rocket Mortgage a try and felt really lucky to get Amanda. I asked her to explain everything to me like I was a fourth grader and she did! She gave me a nationwide perspective on closing costs, mortgage rates, and the housing market and it was helpful in putting my experience into perspective. She was reassuring and broke down the numbers and debt to income ratios for me when I was nervous about whether I was taking on too much mortgage to income. That conversation gave me the solid foundation I needed to confidently put in my offer. She was quick, communicative, and even shared some personal anecdotes which made the experience all the more enjoyable. I think we walk into these Rocket Mortgages thinking we might lose the personal touch, but that wasn't my experience at all. Of the three mortgage lending experiences I've had, this was the most personal and attentive. Thanks, Amanda, you're aces!"

Billy and I spoke about 6 months in advance to me choosing to refinance. Billy was honest, supportive and above all respectful and knowledgeable about exactly what I would want to do going forward with my refinance loan. After about 6 months I picked up my phone and immediately called Billy Harb, I knew he was exactly the type of person I wanted to complete this refinance loan with. I seriously can't thank Billy Harb and the rest of the Rocket Mortgage team of representatives enough for all they did to help me! Billy started to get the ball rolling with my process and maintained a line of communication and support all the way through the completion and closing of my loan! I will always highly recommend starting your loan process with Billy Harb, no doubt about it!!! I seriously can't thank you enough buddy! You might ask yourself, why is it an honor to do business with Mathew Ross? I’m glad you asked that kind internet stranger. Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who wakes up in the morning, pisses excellence, cracks his knuckles knowing full and well that it does not give you arthritis, then goes to his computer in his basement fortress of solitude, that he refers to as his office, and sweats excellence all day. Mathew Ross has the patience of a contract killer working in an industry that does not forgive mistakes. His vast array of industry knowledge dwarfs that of any rival to a degree that one finds themselves questioning how the competition stays in business. Mathew Ross is a master of his craft and trade. From the inflection in his voice, to the fact that he will never talk over you in any conversation. Seriously, I interpreted him like four times and he never once stopped me. Have you ever heard the saying measure twice and cut once? Mathew Ross is the kind of guy who measures three times and the board cuts itself out of respect for his professionalism. He will have zero issues taking full responsibility for any mistakes, but let me assure you, you have a higher probability of winning the mega millions than finding an error. He stated early on, that he is the they, and the buck stops here. For a man to take full responsibility for any potential issues says a lot about his character, his abilities, and his confidence in the people around him. In closing, if your looking for a dedicated professional to work with, look no further. If I had to fight any man on earth in an old fashion Wild West duel, it would be Mathew Ross. The reason is simple. While I’m ninety percent sure I would win, if by chance he got off a lucky shot, I wouldn’t feel bad about dying by the hand of a man of such character."

I loved the dashboard and the ability to complete tasks virtually. I loved the email and text alerts so I knew something was due, and I absolutely LOVED the fact that we beat our closing timeline so I could breathe at the end of the process, because everything was buttoned up! I'm a pretty skeptical person when it comes to dealing with finances with a stranger, especially over the phone. My dad had used Rocket Mortgage a time or two before and recommended them. I had no idea how great the quality of customer service would be. Simon is the real deal! He Knows his business and there wasn't a question I could ask that he didn't have the answer for. The whole process was quick and seamless. I would recommend to anyone and yes I would use him again! "

I was in some serious debt with the IRS and needed help. I knew i had equity in my home but needed help getting that equity out and paying off the IRS. I called Rocket Mortgage and they put me in touch with Maggie. She reviewed my case within two days and called me and said i think we can help. 30 days later i closed on my loan and payed off the IRS. i cant tell you the weight that was lifted off my shoulders. My payment was just a few dollars more than i was paying and i don't have the IRS calling me every week.. THANK YOU MAGGIE. My son just put a offer in on a house and used Rocket Mortgage and Maggie. his closing is scheduled for the 27th of November just 27 days after he applied. Once again THANK YOU!!!!!!!"

Lyne Demonte was my first contact with my most recent contact with Rocket Mortgage. I had made inquiries previously, but was hesitant to proceed. From the beginning, Lynae understood my hesitations and concerns about applying. She talked to me about each concern, taking on a much larger mortgage vs my debt consolidation, she answered each question completely in a way that was understandable and never lost patience with my endless questions. From beginning until George and I signed our closing documents she was consistently available and patient with my questions. However, it was after we signed the closing documents and thought it was completed, is when Lynae really saved the day for us, and frankly turned our "soured" opinion around. A week after we had signed the documents I became concerned we had not heard one word from Rocket Mortgage, normally I was getting updates almost daily. When I called to check on status (I had another house payment due on old mortgage) I was told after researching, that our signatures were missing on documents and closing would be held up. I was angry, frustrated and would have tried to completely back out. I called Lynae, she responded immediately, went above and beyond to assure the documents were faxed to me, and waited on the line while I was at the library talking me through the whole process and waited until she received the signed documents I faxed. The home loan was payed off in time. I believe, she has a strong integrity to her customers, even if her initial part of the process could have been understood as completed. For this reason, I would recommend Rocket Mortgage, and would have persons considering request Lynae."
