I had been trying to work with another company before I had the pleasure of working with Moe. While I had a 7 week headache trying to get a pre approval from another company, Moe, who is a miracle worker, got me my pre approval less than 30 minutes. Not only that, due to the nature of cape cod housing being crazy, I had to ask Moe for about 5-7 different approval letters all within the budget but all specific to the houses that I was putting offers on. He was always available and if he was out of the office and unable to reach his computer, he always had someone to run to my rescue. He did not only make the entire stressful process of financing and getting the paperwork done, super easy and stress-FREE, but he definitely became the person I could count on if I ever had any questions. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, funny, respectful, super knowledgeable, very patient, and he's become a great friend. I will absolutely refer any friend, family, colleague or associate to him without a single doubt because I know if there's one person who can get it done flawlessly, it will be Moe. Thank you for everything you've done for me and because of you, I now have a home."

It was the fastest refinance i have ever done.The fastest yet.I applied on 7/2/20 and closed on 7/14/20 Was able to get a little cash to pay some bills and took got 2.875 interest rate. Easy and lightening fast.If you are buying a home or refinancing these people are as good as it gets.And Murad is a top notch executive banker and will help you out and guide you through if its you first time. I guarantee you that your experience with this lender will be the best and once you use them you wont ever use another lender ever. There is a reason they win the JD Power award year after year.And please ask for Marad he will take care of you just like you were a member of the family."

We explained early on that we were soon to sign contracts and begin the renovations and if there were any delays, we would lose some of the subcontractors for an unspecified period. Nate responded by making sure he was available no matter what day we called and took a personal approach into making sure we could meet our timeline. We closed one week before the deadlines although we had to finance the project out of pocket for two weeks to hold the one contractor on site. You could not get this level of service from a bank. Great Job Nate and Thank you so much!"

He personally walks you through all the steps and addresses your concerns while getting to know you in the process. The social skills others take years to learn, and sometimes never do, seem to come naturally to Dominic. We had a situation where we sold our home and were facing living in a hotel until we closed on a new home. We had two homes fall through, one the seller did not disclose structural damage and the other did not have enough funds after closing to pay off the loan. We were very stressed, but when Dominic would call he would make us smile and laugh. He was with us every step of the way, and when our loan moved along to other departments, I'd still get calls from Dominic to see if we had any concerns and to see how we were going. Everyone needs a Dominic it their lives! Rocket Mortgage have someone extra special!!!"

We want them to take our word for it, but not everyone tells the truth so while I hated the waiting I understand their wanting verification. I worked with Whitney Carey throughout this process and she was a true rock and listened to my endless whining and complaining, the employees at Rocket Mortgage ROCK. Be patient people if you don't have a simple debt to income it takes time, they are there to help you. We closed and with all that is going on in my finances, I do have good credit btw. They hung in there and worked hard to get me my loan. Most people's loans are probably not that complicated. It can be frustrating as they wade through intricate details of your expenses and income, but hang in there if you are honest and have good credit they will get you what you want in the end if you qualify. "
