We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate ...Dan was the best person at Rocket Mortgage hands down. When I called and talked to another person it was night and day, Dan is the best. Working with him didn't feel at all like a normal corporate experience (which sucks). I would be at work in a meeting and was able to text him and get a response and never had to move my day around to try and work around coordinating a phone call. Texting and email was a big advantage for me because I could quickly toss out a question before I forgot and get a response back without worry about phone tag, or waiting until I can make a call and forget what I was going to say. Rocket Mortgage as a company means nothing to me. There's 1,000 Rocket Mortgage-like places and I don't care about any of them enough to care which one I use. The technology, the app and Dan is the reason I stayed and allowed Rocket Mortgage to finance my home loan. Thanks again Dan! Rocket Mortgage owes you a thank you."

All of their numbers switched and we owed way more for our down payment and monthly payment. It was robbery! We then decided to give Rocket Mortgage a shot and were synced with Kaitlyn. She was confident and promising of a better program we qualified for. Lower down payment/lower monthly payment. I was skeptical at first because of the other company's scam. Kaitlyn was reassuring and guaranteed that we would be well taken care of with Rocket Mortgage. Here we are a week after closing in our beautiful new home thanks to Kaitlyn! He was so easy to talk to and extremely patient and courteous in response to our questions. When things were happening quickly, Kevin was very prompt in responding to our needs. From the pre-approval process to closing, Kevin was professional and efficient working with us every step of the way. His real estate expertise is outstanding. Even at some nervous moments at the final determination of cash to close, Kevin responded promptly and was reassuring as he handled the situation. The process went so smoothly, we were able to close 2 weeks earlier than we had originally scheduled. It took us a while, a whole year, but we found the house we wanted. Wissam became my number one advisor and resource and help me every step of the way. He is not only knowledgeable, he communicates very well. He explained every detail every step of the way in a simple and precise way making it a pleasant process. A month after our closure, and he still checks with us via email to see how things are going in our new home. After the first Phone call, I knew, my new mortgage rate, savings per month, cost of the loan, and how long it would take me to break even. The follow up was quick, I knew what I had to send him, and what they were working on, every day. I would recomend him to my family menbers."

However, with the possibility of saving thousands of dollars per year intrigued our interest. Moe informed us about the history of Rocket Mortgage and explained the painless process of applying, submitting documentation and not having to take time off work to meet with a financial consultant. Moe was very customer service, friendly, personable and knowledgeable about Rocket Mortgage and the process from beginning to end. He kept us up-to-date throughout the entire process. It appeared too good to be true, but it was. I have shared my outstanding experience with many people and continue to encourage them to contact Rocket Mortgage through Moe!
