We discussed a variety of options, and he knew that I didn't have to do anything, with 3 years left on a very good rate. But, with rates beginning to rise, and the logic of haven't the certainty of a payment, we refinanced. And, even though the appraisal was less than expected, and with some objection on my part, he nevertheless was able to structure a refinance that met the criteria that we had originally considered. Jorge is obviously a family man, with a positive work ethic, and made me feel comfortable, all through the process. I would be glad to recommend him to others. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy ...This was my second refinancing through Andy and it was as successful as the first. For the first, I swear he performed miracles to get me out of a situation caused by my attorney during a bankruptcy (failure to reaffirm a mortgage) and returned me to stability with my home mortgage. This second time allowed me to capture the current rates for a 15 yr. mortgage at 3.5%. More surprisingly this only added roughly $160 to my monthly payments. My biggest motivator to refinance at this time is this will save me $66,000 in interest that I would have paid in interest for the balance of my mortgage. It's the smartest financial move I've made in decades. Andy made the process painless, speedy, and 'surprise'-free. I've sent two other friends/relatives his way and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone I know. Thanks again Andy!! Great to do business with you."

I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including...I was a loan officer in the Wild West mortgage days of the early 2000's so I've seen good loan officers and I've seen some not so good ones. I shopped my refinance with three other lenders, including my current lender that wasn't Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). After speaking with Chris, he was detail-oriented, professional, and very knowledgeable about the entire mortgage process with Rocket Mortgage. So much so, he put the other loan officers to shame! So we decided to refi w/Rocket Mortgage and I'm very happy that we did! When doing a mortgage loan, the process is usually pretty easy, unless something unforeseen pops up. This is where the good mortgage companies separate themselves from the average ones, by coming up with a workable solution, and this situation happened to me. Our home appraised for 15% less than even Rocket Mortgage had projected! This was due to the appraiser using year old comps and ignoring newer model-match comps. I put together a property profile of all the recent sales in my area and despite showing 5 model-matches that sold within 6 months, the appraiser wouldn't adjust his valuation! I thought the loan was killed because the value put me under 20% equity in my house, meaning I'd still have PMI. But Rocket Mortgage contacted me saying they had a solution. I didn't return their calls for a couple weeks thinking whatever their solution was, it involved PMI so it makes no sense to move forward. Luckily they called me one day and I picked up the phone! While their solution did involve PMI, the PMI payment itself was less than 1/3rd my current PMI payment because I had over 10% equity in the house. In addition, the PMI automatically falls off after 30 months. After doing the math, I'd pay the same amount in PMI w/my current mortgage in one year! So we decided to refi into a 15 year loan and we've been happy since! Thanks Chris for all you've done for us and I'll definitely be referring my friends and family to you. Dave"

We explained early on that we were soon to sign contracts and begin the renovations and if there were any delays, we would lose some of the subcontractors for an unspecified period. Nate responded by making sure he was available no matter what day we called and took a personal approach into making sure we could meet our timeline. We closed one week before the deadlines although we had to finance the project out of pocket for two weeks to hold the one contractor on site. You could not get this level of service from a bank. Great Job Nate and Thank you so much!"

He ...Honestly, I have never in my life worked with someone who deserved more stars than Dominic. He knows his products inside and out, but more than that he genuinely cares about his clients. He personally walks you through all the steps and addresses your concerns while getting to know you in the process. The social skills others take years to learn, and sometimes never do, seem to come naturally to Dominic. We had a situation where we sold our home and were facing living in a hotel until we closed on a new home. We had two homes fall through, one the seller did not disclose structural damage and the other did not have enough funds after closing to pay off the loan. We were very stressed, but when Dominic would call he would make us smile and laugh. He was with us every step of the way, and when our loan moved along to other departments, I'd still get calls from Dominic to see if we had any concerns and to see how we were going. Everyone needs a Dominic it their lives! Rocket Mortgage have someone extra special!!!"

If there seemed to be something hard to get, he tried to go a dif. route. He quickly quoted me what he thought would help me to lower my bills since I was retiring. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all of my many (many) inquiries. His knowledge about the entire process is amazing, and he shepherded me through flawlessly. Ryan made Rocket Mortgage look like super-stars; he is a true asset to the company, but even more of an asset to the clients he serves. When I got my first mortgage a few years ago, I had been a long standing employee of one of the mega-banks, and the process was miserable, tedious, aggravating, and long. They repeatedly requested the same items we had already provided, and callbacks were even more of a rarity than answers to emails. Dealing with the same person more than once was also not very common, and they scrutinized every dime I earned and spent over the past several years as if I were a criminal being interrogated by the IRS. I dreaded going for another mortgage, expecting it to be worse than the first, but I can resoundingly say the experience with Ryan Lange and Rocket Mortgage was 100% positive, efficient, and fast. Ryan was our loan officer from the beginning, and regardless of what point in the process we reached, Ryan was right there to reassure my (overly) anxious heart and mind. He got it right the first time, every time, and I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, guidance, and patience. He made me feel like he worked for me personally rather than for his employer and as if I were his only client, which is certainly one of the hallmarks of stellar customer service. Not once was I made to feel like nothing more than a loan number as I had with my first mortgage, with my very own employer nonetheless. To anyone seeking a loan: If you found Ryan Lange, you can stop looking. You've come to the right man."

Well, Brian did it! He laughed his way through all the hurdles I threw his way, and went about getting me a loan with the "can do" attitude that I have been sorely missing. Even better, he is backed by a team that can do "all the things" and see all the documents. I never once contacted Rocket Mortgage when I didn't find someone competent and cheerful. Oh, if only this were true everywhere I needed complicated answers! He even answered his phone while trying to get a kid to a hockey practice. I know how hard that is, and all the moving parts one has to juggle to get it right. I highly recommend Brian and the Rocket Mortgage staff!"
