I went into this knowing how the mortgage process works and started with multiple companies to do a little shopping before I put an offer in on a house. Every representative I spoke with did their best to explain to me the benefits of their business and what they do to help throughout the process. While there were several good options for me to go with, Andrew rose to the top of the pack with his upfront and clear information ultimately leading me to choose Rocket Mortgage due to his service and rates. His true help came out in the thick of the underwriting portion when my bank statements and the underwriting team were not playing nicely. I almost had to delay closing due to them not being able to have the paperwork they wanted but Andrew stepped in and worked his magic with the both of us to gather and explain all the details. With him having mine and the underwriters numbers, he was instantly able to connect all the dots for their team and get us to the closing table. In the end, there are a lot of way's to get a loan that will get you closed, and though Rocket Mortgage may not have the bare bones lowest rates, the real value comes from who you work with to minimize any headaches or concerns. Andrew was the coach that lead the team victory and myself to now owning a house! Thanks again!"

Being as that is was Winter makes it difficult to find anything to rent let alone buy. Renting is so expensive and application fee after application fee, we were depleting our funds. Frank got my husband hooked up with their credit expert Joel and told us exactly what we needed to do and quickly the points went up hence qualifying us for more house. Other lenders turn us away and saying we couldn't do certain things and that they couldn't help us. Frank made the magic happen. He crossed every t and dotted every eye. Always watching our backs for every little thing. Trying to find something before we had to be out of where we were was trying in itself , but his team got us to close even earlier that the predicted 30 to 45 days it takes for the process. A miracle indeed giving us more time to move. Thank you Frank and your team for making it happen. I am truly in awe and amazement. I know now why they call you Rocket Mortgage."

I was snippy because no one seemed to know that I'd already been spoken to each time they called and with no results, I was annoyed. I told Andrew I didn't want to go through the whole thing again and he understood and let me off the phone. A while later I checked my email and Andrew and found a way to refinance my mortgage and save me on my payment and mortgage insurance. Even after I was short with him. He was great to work with afterwards and did everything he said he would. I would recommend working with him."

Prior to December 2018, my first occasion to work with Rocket Mortgage, I was not in favor of using an online lender. I am very personable and prefer to work face-to-face with lenders especially, but all others who have a role in closing a real estate transaction. However, as a Buyer's Agent, I work for my client--and this one came to me already approved with Rocket Mortgage, and Bianca as his banker. He was highly impressed with her professionalism, and Rocket Mortgage competitive rates. Bianca, my client, and I successfully closed 2 purchases within 3 months of each other. I still prefer local lenders to online lenders, however, I readily refer Bianca (Rocket Mortgage) when a client suggests interest in checking out lenders online. Let me tell why--Bianca is responsive to her clients, including me, there is a whole team of professionals supporting her, and the ease of the client portal Rocket Mortgage provides. My experience has been on time or early closings each time I have had the pleasure of working with Bianca."

If there seemed to be something hard to get, he tried to go a dif. route. He quickly quoted me what he thought would help me to lower my bills since I was retiring. He explained everything I needed to understand and he is more like my family - I can always get in touch with him if I have questions. I will recommend him to anyone I know. More than that, though, he was personable and i felt that we connected, person to person, and i enjoy some of the off-topic banter. Personally, that’s what I am always going to be seeking in any interaction, whether professional or casual, but I’m sure that he would have read me and reacted accordingly if my personality was different. He was able to answer all of my questions as well. But what I appreciated tbe most was that, between the initial loan Estimate and when i was about to accept, my credit score went down by a few points. This put me under a threshold that increased my APR. Keegan/rocket could have thought “great, we’ll get more of his money over time”. I wouldn’t have known there was a g other choice. But instead, he got me connected with another department and they and he helped me with a plan to bump it back up within a few days. That was above and beyond in my book. I can’t think of any negatives or negatives or even non-positives. Entirely positive experience. Thanks Keegan!"

However, interest rates were too good to pass up, so we held our breath and decided to jump into the deep-end again. I've seen advertisements for Rocket Mortgage so I thought I would try them out. Immediately after hitting submit, my phone rang. The representative told me that he was going to get Pedro on the phone with me to start the process. Fifteen minutes later we got a phone call from Pedro. His friendly, knowledgeable, and can-do persona was delightful. He thoroughly explained the Rocket Mortgage and Rocket process, helped us get logged into the online portal and walked us through the first steps. Already, this initial experience with Pedro far exceeded our experience with our last mortgage agent. But, it just got better from there. Anytime we had a question or concern, he responded within 24 hours. It's been one week since we started the application process with Pedro and because of his expertise, we are already closing in on completing the process and set to close from start to finish in less than a month. I truly cannot recommend Pedro enough!"
