Silas is a good communicator and a good listener, and I was able to understand the process every step of the way. Not only was he thorough with everything, he was also very timely, and we were both able to go through the various steps in record time. I did not move quickly through this process. I stopped and started, had a lot of questions, disappeared for a bit, and then came back. He never missed a beat. To me, that shows real dedication and patience, which can be hard to find in any profession these days. He was always communicative. I could send a text or an email and he responded promptly and kept things moving forward. Whenever I had questions, he took the time to answer them. If I ran into issues submitting documents and needed alternatives, he helped me work through it. I highly recommend working with him. It was a great experience, an easy closing, and throughout the entire process he maintained a patient, positive attitude."

On December 15, 2017, after watching the commercial "Rocket Mortgage," I decide it would be a good place to start. Whether it was luck, or a blessing sent from my grandmother above, Larry was the agent to be there and answer all of my questions. From day one, he guided me step-by-step, explained very detailed in the most simplest ways to that I could understand. Any time I had a question, he always had the answered. He made the experience of buying a home so quick and easy with no strings attached. He works hard to make sure you get most benefits and if something does not seem right, he will find a solution. Larry is a true expert and is passionate about the work he does. He makes himself available so that he can provided the best customer service. I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 ...Adam was a terrific asset in initiating our mortgage loan with Rocket Mortgage (Rocket Mortgage). I had determined to use our local credit union which we had active loans and mortgages for nearly 40 years, but decided to consider other loan mortgage for comparison. I contacted Rocket Mortgage. Adam was able to secure a pre-loan qualification document by the next day, and presented to me Rocket Mortgage's policy of providing as many options as possible that may be available to meet our financial status and mortgage goals. I was surprised at the extraordinary breath of options that Adam presented as he became more aware of our circumstances and needs. He worked with me for several weeks and hours of phone calls, providing several mortgage opportunities that were not available thru my local credit union, and in the end locked in a interest rate plan and loan estimate that our local credit union could not match. It was a delight to work with Adam to firm our mortgage, even overcoming a difficult issue of need that I defined as essential, but unusual. Adam's demeanor was always courteous, helpful, and understanding. He was truthful and proved trustworthy, and he made himself available to me 7 days a week. He immediately responded to all emails and phone calls (there were many). I have been delighted by the focus and dedication that Adam gave to me and my wife in undertaking this important and difficult life's undertaking. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all...I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Rocket Mortgage in general, but more specifically, with Ryan Lange. Not even my own mother could beat the speed at which he answered all of my many (many) inquiries. His knowledge about the entire process is amazing, and he shepherded me through flawlessly. Ryan made Rocket Mortgage look like super-stars; he is a true asset to the company, but even more of an asset to the clients he serves. When I got my first mortgage a few years ago, I had been a long standing employee of one of the mega-banks, and the process was miserable, tedious, aggravating, and long. They repeatedly requested the same items we had already provided, and callbacks were even more of a rarity than answers to emails. Dealing with the same person more than once was also not very common, and they scrutinized every dime I earned and spent over the past several years as if I were a criminal being interrogated by the IRS. I dreaded going for another mortgage, expecting it to be worse than the first, but I can resoundingly say the experience with Ryan Lange and Rocket Mortgage was 100% positive, efficient, and fast. Ryan was our loan officer from the beginning, and regardless of what point in the process we reached, Ryan was right there to reassure my (overly) anxious heart and mind. He got it right the first time, every time, and I am so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, guidance, and patience. He made me feel like he worked for me personally rather than for his employer and as if I were his only client, which is certainly one of the hallmarks of stellar customer service. Not once was I made to feel like nothing more than a loan number as I had with my first mortgage, with my very own employer nonetheless. To anyone seeking a loan: If you found Ryan Lange, you can stop looking. You've come to the right man."
