Tiffany was absolutely wonderful to with and had a wealth of knowledge to answer any questions that came up during our edge case purchase. Not only were we moving out of state, but we also experienced a few job changes and had a 3rd party co-signer. Normally that would cause endless headaches and miscommunication, not so with Tiffany on our side. She explained every item and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was easy to get a hold of via email, text, or phone. No matter what the issue was she always had kind and cool demeanor. Tiffany is an absolute pleasure to work with and we are so grateful that she was assigned to our case. Needless to say the purchase went through without a hitch on our end and we closed escrow on time."

We recommend Christian to all needing straight-forward answers about real estate loans, whether it be a new loan or a refinance. Trust is a very important component of a business relationship. We trust Christian in completing all phases of our loan from the beginning to the end. These days, one can't always believe what some home loan persons say. He was patient, kind, informative but most importantly communicative through the entire process of refinancing my home. Which Is absolutely contrary to my first experience buying a house through a different small bank. When I bought the house I never had any idea what was going on, but the refinance? I felt like an actual friend and I did make friends with Michael Calhoun the mortgage banker and John Wilson from their credit repair team. I can’t leave him out. Both amazing individuals and Rocket Mortgage, not to mention is obviously a great company to employ such wonderful individuals, those that clearly exemplify there core values. I know that Rocket Mortgage-rocket mortgage is a big company and a lot of people out in the world will advise you to go through some random small business or bank when it comes to these huge and sometimes scary transactions. I mean think about it. Buying or refinancing a home is one of the biggest decisions/transactions that you will ever make. But I’ll tell you what? If you are on the fence about who to go to? Pick Rocket Mortgage. Not only did I get treated like a friend in every single interaction (and let me tell you, there were a lot of them) but I also got a better interest rate, a smaller payment, and the communication I deserved as a customer. I’d rather go with a big bank who can handle my needs than feel neglected and an afterthought as I was in my original purchase with a smaller bank. Whether you are looking to buy a house as a first time buyer, buying another house or refinancing. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket mortgage and Michael Calhoun will Always have your best interests in mind. Make the right choice, one you can feel good about. That’s all I can say. Thank you all so very much."

I previously worked at a mortgage company and it's been over 10 years since I've applied for a mortgage so I knew how the process would work but I was totally blown away by Rocket Mortgage. The process was very easy and went without any hiccups. Getting a mortgage you expect some issues and you dread the process. I can't believe how easy Dominic and Rocket Mortgage made this process. Hail to the chief. Now I know why Rocket Mortgage is #1. Even your post-closed process is thoughtful. I received a personalized email telling me how to set up my account for payments. There is even an amortization schedule online so I can track my progress to payoff. The helpful emails about potential scammers who might be contacting me since my mortgage was recorded was informative. Rocket Mortgage has put a lot of thought into their customers. It's refreshing to find a company who is putting their customers first. I will always be a Rocket Mortgage customer. Thank you!!!"

She told me that he was “excellent and worked miracles.” When experiencing a major life change such as divorce, and solely relied on your husband that was responsible for all the finances for almost 30 years, it can be very intimidating and difficult to adjust to losing that. I had no idea about the refinancing process and what was involved. As I explained the situation to Mr. Shaw, he assured me he would guide me through the process. Clark was extremely through with answering many of the questions I had. Not once did I feel embarrassed or like he was overwhelmed by my questioning and the need of him to explain everything. He also made sure I understood everything. I also had a few things that I needed done in my home and Clark made that possible. This whole divorce process and experience of losing your family, and having to now do things alone, it is very hard to adjust to. I would have to say that this was the best experience I had with the new refinancing process Thanks to Mr. Shaw. I will without a doubt recommend and refer Clark Shaw to everyone and anyone I know. I cannot stress how much gratitude and appreciation I have for Mr. Shaw and working with him. I am so very thankful for my neighbor Sherri recommending me to go to Mr. Shaw. Not only did she get me an approval letter in a matter of a couple days (we had already put an offer in as my wife and I work backwards!) but she saw the whole purchase through until the end. Even when the account was "passed on" to the next specialist within Rocket Mortgages Laura remained involved to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was always there to answer your questions even during odd hours and weekends. He is also very quick to ensure that we get our loans pre-approved so that we are ready to present our offer and our financial backing when we started talking to a realtor and builder. He defended us when we tried to get a lower interest rate from Rocket Mortgage to match another lender. He gives reminders and calls to follow up to ensure that the goal is reached on time. I set a date to close on our house and he has helped me tremendously to ensure that it happens on that day! Even pushing me and reminding me of the things I also needed to do to meet my deadline... And we did meet my deadline! Talk about customer service! He involved as much people I needed from Rocket Mortgage to ensure that my papers are submitted and reviewed on time. Thank you so much! I have already recommended Michael to all of my colleagues who are also relocating from my company. I am recommending him to all of you who read these reviews. From the moment he picked up the phone, he reassured me and said, "We can work on this now." At that moment, I was overwhelmed with uncertainty.
