He had no problem running various loan scenarios for us until we found one that we were completely comfortable with. We especially appreciated how upfront he was about the interest rate from the start, and how hard he worked behind the scenes to help us retain the lowest rate possible while the market was in flux. Mike was always easily accessible—happy to answer simple questions over text, or hop on the phone when we needed to dive deeper into more complex topics. At the closing, we ...Ali was attentive and patient during the beginning of our loan process. We had to make a down payment change and he became annoyed and did not communicate changes to our loan. At the closing, we learned we were charged 15k for a rate buy down Ali never told us about. We have an over 800 credit rating so this was preposterous. Ali should be reprimanded for failing to be transparent."
