I thought going with this online fancy approach was going to be difficult and have lots of points of communication breakdown. The rate savings were significant enough that I thought all the perceived challenges would be worth it... I have to say I have never been happier to be so wrong. This process was amazingly simple, straight forward and user friendly. When I got to closing I couldn't believe it I had been so guarded the whole time that I didn't even realize the process had gone through without a hitch. I can't say enough good about the entire Rocket Mortgage experience. Thank you to everyone involved and I will definitely continue to share my wonderful experience with then entire team at Rocket Mortgage. Booyah!"

She walked us through every step of the plan and was quickly available to us if we had any questions. If we had an issue that she couldn't resolve, she connected us immediately by conference to someone who could help us. When we started to reach the final steps of our loan, she put us in touch with one agent who handled the last minute details rather than having to hear from many different people who were finalizing a different part of the loan. Jessica helped to make what can be a unsavory process somewhat less difficult and time consuming. Her cheerful and pleasant disposition were an added plus to our loan process. We would choose to work with Jessica again if need be. She is a valuable asset to Rocket Mortgage."

Sierra exceeded my expectations. If she said that she was going to call, email, or text, that’s exactly what she did. If she was supposed to call at a certain time and if she was still on the phone with another customer, she had a coworker call me just to tell me that she was going to be a few minutes late calling me. That alone told me that she stuck to her word. She also responded to emails quickly. If it wasn’t for Sierra, I would’ve chosen another company to give my business to. I recommend anybody that looking to do anything with their mortgage contact Sierra. She will not let you down."

Every time I had questions or doubts About the process, Scott would patiently and calmly explain the details and calm my anxiety. I probably created a bit of anxiety for Scott while he worked with me but in the end, Scott put his arm around me like a big brother and explain everything in such detail that I was totally confident in his ability as he walked me through the steps. When all was said and done, I did a complete review and was totally satisfied."

Molly was very professional, considerate, and diligent in ensuring I had all information needed to move to the next step in the loan process. Molly, continuously kept me abreast of all new required and recently submitted records. Molly, was always courteous, and displayed a sense of ownership towards the entire process, even until and after closing. As a previous supervisor / manager I value the service Molly awarded to me, and If I were hiring, promoting, or awarding any of my employees Molly would receive the highest award possible due to whom she is. She has represented Rocket Mortgage very well, above any of the other representatives which I had contact with which were a minimum of five. The care and concern she presented made the process smooth, less time consuming, and less cumbersome. The entire process was very straightforward from start to finish, and the people who helped me along the were always professional, courteous, and super competent - especially Alex. He was the first Rocket Mortgage representative that I spoke to about refinancing my home. After we spoke about my different options, we decided that a 20 year fixed rate mortgage was the best choice for me. About 45 minutes later I had already completed and electronically signed 75 % of the required documents. Alex guided me through the process step by step, and answered any questions I had about the documents I was about to sign. He couldn't have been any nicer and called me immediately when any further action was required on my part. Alex was truly a wonderful person to deal with in every regard. I strongly recommend the people at Rocket Mortgage if you're looking for a new mortgage or just looking to refinance. Their people are the simply best in the business !"

He answered every question I had and was able to provide me with several options and the corresponding costs and benefits of each. This was not the experience I had with the bank that held my mortgage for the last 10 years. I am not a tech person and the thought of an online process was intimidating. But Ben walked me through it easily. I had seen Rocket Mortgage ads for a long time and never seriously considered them as I thought if my bank could not help me, how could Rocket Mortgage? Wow - was i ever wrong. My only regret is that i didn't contact Rocket Mortgage the first time!"

She also understood about my having a hearing problem with not being able to understand spoken words over the phone, so she set things up where we used texting and e-mail to get everything done. She kept me up to date all through the loan process from start to finish, following up with me on things I needed to do and in getting my loan closing scheduled.
