We were down on our luck with our previous lender, saddened and defeated, and once we spoke to Katie and she heard the news she instantly said “I got this”. From start to finish Katie literally became a saving Angel of Grace. She was very professional, accurate, personable and communicated every single thing before we knew it we were closing. Coming from all of the stress that we had prior we literally seen the other end of the spectrum with Katie and Her team. They kept us updated and breeze by our process. Katie told us at the start we got this ,We’re gonna close I got you. We felt secure and in good hands and we have never been let down through this entire process even our realtor was excited and loved all that rocket mortgage, Katie‘s team brought . she said ,what she said and she meant it. Jose Was very patient and always let us know that he had all the time that we needed To be sure we had all of our questions answered, and if he didn’t have the answer at the moment, he was sure enough to make sure he got it. Prime example of an individual who will go above and beyond for you and your family. Buying a home can be very scary for new time buyers but Jose is very good at what he does and made us feel extremely comfortable. I felt comfortable talking to him. Alex made sure my husband and I understood the process of getting a loan, the various steps involved, and how Rocket Mortgage helped navigate the process. I was able to contact Alex at any time during the process. He was always available, or had a team member contact us. I always felt Alex was there to depend on. He contacted us periodically to update us on the progress of our loan, guide us through the paperwork, inform us of the next step as well as inform us who our contact people were. Alex's caring support kept applying for the loan and finding a home, from being overwhelming. We are more than grateful for his generous assistance. Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."

This was my first home buying ...I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team."

She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."
