From the very beginning, I was genuinely impressed by her extensive knowledge and incredible enthusiasm to help me explore refinancing options. Unfortunately, due to my own circumstances at the time, I wasn't able to proceed, but Elizabeth was so understanding and assured me I could reach out anytime I was ready again. When that time finally came, I contacted her, and she was on it immediately, making me feel truly invested in and supported! Thanks to her dedication and genuine effort, my child and I are now living with a newfound sense of ease and comfort. After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

Zee never gave up on me. She has the patience of a saint, a way of explaining things so they make sense, and she got my numbers where I wanted them. Now I can get my home exterior painted and a MUCH lower interest rate! Thank you, Zee!"

I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes ...I am originally from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. I lived in the City of Wagner, South Dakota since 2015 until 2023. I work in Health Care. I own a home (and have the fixed mortgage that comes with it) back in Puerto Rico. Until 2023 it made sense financially to rent a home here in South Dakota. In 2023 the monthly payment to continue to rent a home in Wagner became unrealistically high. Is not that I could not pay it but it no longer made sence financially. That's when buying a second home here in South Dakota with a fixed mortgage made sence. I started to research how to get a mortgage to buy a home here in South Dakota. That research started with google from my mobile phone. Rocketmortgage.com was one of the first search results I got. I don't know any mortgage bankers here in South Dakota so I decided to give Rocketmorgage.com a try. Every day since 2015 I took my two labrador retrievers to a tennis court in Wagner, South Dakota so they could run freely and play. That was the setting where I contacted Rocketmortgage.com from a chat on their website. All from my mobile phone. Immediately a Senior Mortgage Banker from RocketMortgage.com reached out -> Maxwell Bednarek. Then he contacted my over the phone. In less than 10 minutes over the phone he pre-qualified me. He was very customer friendly and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision to go ahead and try to get a mortgage with Rocketmortgage.com. So we started the process and he was with me every step of the way. I never though that I actually could buy a home directly from the internet and using as a tool just my phone to make and receive phone calls and my email to receive and reply to messages ! Rocketmortgage.com is the future ! People like Max make you trust something as potentially not personal as the internet as a way to get a mortgage and buy a home which traditionally has been done by going to a regular bank and dealing in person with a Mortgage Banker. There is nothing wrong with that. That is how I got my mortgage in Puerto Rico for the home that I have there. However, my primary home which is here in South Dakota and is located in the city of Armour is the one that I purchased with the mortgage from Rocketmortgage.com and it is all thanks to Maxwell Bednarek. My refinance took around 30 days from start to finish and the Rocket Mortgage website made everything so simple. I could follow the loan process, see what they needed, and easily upload any information. My refi was complicated because I own a few businesses, my house is in a trust and have rental properties. Jonathan simplified in ONE month , what the other bank couldn't get done on 2 months. His communication was excellent and very timely. Everything went EXACTLY as he explained it and in the timeframe he laid out. WHEN you call Rocket Mortgage, ask for Jonathan- you will not be disappointed. "

That in itself convinced me he would me diligent and motivated to make it all happen! Even through the pandemic and with many businesses closed, I am gratefully writing this review from my NEW home about a good Friend I highly recommend to anyone who is considering any of Nathan's assistance! After we got a tour of our favorite house, me and my fiancé we decided not to lose the house we just took a tour of and we also decided to get a good rate with low down payment and with a good lender since we are first time home buyer. We ask our realtor for a quicker way and better lender to get the house, and she recommended us Rocket Mortgage. We applied for a pre-approval with Rocket Mortgage. We are glad and really satisfied that we choose Rocket Mortgage as our lender. We are satisfied and happy with their fair fees, easy and quick processing of getting of our favorite house. We got a good acceptable interest rate and we paid a very low down payment. Then he responds and speaks with total knowledge, professionalism and personality. If I call and leave a message he ALWAYS calls back in a timely manner. If he does not have the answer or wants to confirm his solution before he makes a wrong statement he returns that call quickly with the proper solutions. Going through this process is extremely nerve wracking. I have been through a few. NOT with Sal and the Rocket system. You'all make it simple, easy, quick and believe it or not fun. There is not enough GOOD I can say about Sal. He is a GOLDEN ASSET for your firm - I hope you show him all the appreciation possible. I have recommended Rocket - Sal - to our real estate agent and he refinanced his own mortgage with you.
