She made sure that my wife and I understood the entire process, she was very realistic in expectation from the start, and once she was able to piece together all the information needed, she worked with us on a plan that met all of our goals and needs. I have had other loan officers contact us and always offer us the moon to get our business, Isabel was not like that at all. What made it even better was her accessibility and the team that she has surrounding her. When ever I had questions (which were a few), she always responded and got back to me. Even when it involved her other team members, she made sure that she was looped in and stayed on top of everything.....from start till finish. I am so glad that we worked with her and mortgage rocket."

Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."

I am delighted that phone call was answered by Phillip Hansen of Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, Michigan. Phillip was Friendly, Knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. Ever since While we looked @ more than a dozen properties in Greater Sacramento area, Phillip was guiding and updating me so that My monthly mortgage payment remains healthy and financially viable. After consulting with his underwriter, He also suggested that I payoff some of my outstanding loans which I did and I am glad that I did and it feels like less of a financial burden now. Phillip is extremely diligent, meticulous and hard worker. There are three hour time difference between me and Phillip. His response to any question via text or email was always instantaneous. He was even answering his emails while honeymooning in Mexico. In Northern California, during this whole process was an intense sellers’ market. After getting outbid by so many offers sometimes $40/$50K over the asking price, I almost gave up. Phillip was calm, positive and tenacious and made certain I get my home that I am happy with. The loan was expedited and closed in 25 days. We got the keys on June,13 of 2022. We are very happy with our purchase and living the American dream. Thank-you Phillip. You are an asset to the Rocket Mortgage company."

"I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and ...I called Rocket. Dan connected with me at a time convenient for both of us and we completed a mortgage application within 3 hours. It was a long call but I had all of the information he requested and we forged ahead. Within a day the application was complete and we had a tentative approval in no time flat! Dan stayed with me until the next section when I was switched to another person on the following team. Even then, he took my calls and answered questions that came up. Eighteen days later, we will sit at the settlement table. This might not have been the quickest mortgage Dan has worked with but his professionalism and doggedness allowed us to complete with a remarkably shirt time period and an absolute minimum of issues. Thank you!"

"I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying ...I honestly cannot say enough good things about Chris. He will tell you how much he wants to help you, but then he actually takes the next step and walks the walk too. This was my first home buying experience and he was there taking all my calls and answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. He was even taking my calls after hours and on Saturday too as the offer on the house was being negotiated because we needed answers from him fast as interest in the property was high. He was there when we needed him and actively worked to get us the best possible deal. He's a man of his word and a man with heart too, and when you're facing the monumental task of purchasing your first home, that's the type of man you want on your team."

I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan ...Great phone experience today speaking with Tom! I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan rate was going up an would go up every six months! I never signed up for an ARM loan, but because my loan was sold to another lender apparently my loan was changed from a fixed loan to ARM loan of which I was unaware. I was ready to give the house keys to the lender but Tom talked me off the ledge. Thank goodness for Tom. He listened to me and said he would look into options for me. Tom patiently explained my my options in a clear manner that I was able to understand. He listened to me and answered my questions clearly. We discussed a plan and I now have my homework to do. He didn't speak from a script; he spoke like someone who truly wanted to help me and who had my interests in mind. I truly appreciated my conversation with Tom. While we weren't able to close on a loan today, I look forward to speaking with Tom again in January when I'm hoping we can secure a loan. If I were able to give Tom 10 stars, I would. "I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced ...I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced to cancel my home purchase. After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

This second refi has me working with Zee, who is amazing! I had a little trouble getting my refi worked to fit my budget, along with other issues at home delaying the process. Zee never gave up on me. She has the patience of a saint, a way of explaining things so they make sense, and she got my numbers where I wanted them. Now I can get my home exterior painted and a MUCH lower interest rate! Thank you, Zee!"
