He answered all of our questions, as well as returned phone calls promptly. We feel that Ryan goes above and beyond for his potential clients. My wife left him a voicemail over the long Thanksgiving weekend, not expecting any response until after the holiday break. However, Ryan actively checks his messages even while away from the office, Needless to say, her call was returned and questions answered long before that Monday ever rolled around. We were so impressed with Ryan that we would highly recommend him, as well as Rocket Mortgage, to any future potential clients. As the process advanced, we were also impressed with the other Rocket Mortgage representatives we dealt with. Truly a professional group of people."

To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."

The solutions that he recommended always served us well. He took the time to fully explain every nuance of the loan process and never rushed through any of our conversations. What I was given was a large package of paper work that needed me to figure out the significant amount of information with little help. After a few calls with the local bank and no guarantee of a locked rate of interest, I learned about Rocket Mortgage through the internet. The minute I contacted Rocket Mortgage, Kyle St John took it form there. He and his team locked me into a rest 30 year rate and walked me through the process in less then 30 days. Once he was completed getting me the rate I need that only took an hour, he turned it over to his team and they took it from there with Kyle St Joh and the lead. His team was equally amazing with the service to secure my rate and complete my loan. Its was amazing service and an unbelievable process second to no one. Kyle St John was always available to answer any of my questions and for that he and Rocket Mortgage will get all of my business going forward given. I found his personal service and the quality of the rate he gave me was the best in the mortgage experience I have ever had in 30 years of purchasing mortgages. In addition, there were also several personnel challenges within Rocket Mortgage which got confusing. By the time my file got to Victor I was completely discouraged and ready to give up, but the 7% interest rate we were paying told me to press forward. So I did! Victor ensured me that I would be the last person I spoke with and promised to see my file to close. HE DID JUST THAT! His continuous communication and knowledge of the mortgage industry was paramount to helping my situation. The road was not easy and there were a few moments of despair but Victor held steadfast and knew that our file could close. Victor, I scream THANK YOU!!!! Keep up the great work. I highly recommend rocket mortgage for refinancing and if you come across Glen the experience will be even better and I'm pretty sure for the rest of the staff as well but with my experience I have to say Glenn did an excellent job, thank you."

He was super patient with all of our questions and requests for different loan package estimates since we weren't even sure how much we wanted to put down as a down payment. We also told Kevin we wanted to close quickly and he helped us make that a reality - from our first call to closing day was 23 days!! Along the way, we had other people from Rocket Mortgage working with us, but we always turned back to Kevin to ask questions and understand the process. He always responded promptly and with the necessary information. I don't know if I would have recommended Rocket Mortgage to my friends if it hadn't been for Kevin!! So if he is your rep at Rocket Mortgage, you can trust that you are in good hands."

After receiving some calls, I finally called them ...One Friday night when I was trying to figure out what I should do in terms of buying a new home, I filled out a form on the Rocket Mortgage website. After receiving some calls, I finally called them back and immediately felt at home with my advisor, Philip Dodd. He truly understood my fears, my desire to get an accurate account of what I would be able to afford, and really expressed that he would be in my corner every step of the way - which he was. He gave me accurate figures that allowed me to buy the house I am in now without worrying about any surprises. He was always reachable (evenings, weekends, etc) which made the entire process much more comfortable for me. He was great every step of the way. What really convinced me to work with him (and Rocket Mortgage) was when he sent me an email after our first conversation stating that, although we would probably never meet in person, he wanted me to know him as if we had, and he proceeded to send me an email about himself with a picture of his family. It was a great personal touch."
