Because of his prompt responses, we were able to get the home of our dreams. We had traveled to Atlanta to see one home, then found another in a higher price range. But thanks to Ali picking up calls on a Saturday afternoon and getting us pre-qualified that evening, we were able to get an offer in on the hot property before it was sold to someone else. Just amazing really. We are grateful for Ali. AND he was really fun to work with too."

U all know how buying a house is stressful but working with Mr Bommarito was stress fee. I felt comfortable talking to him. Could ask any questions even if it was a simple question he took his time to answer n explain everything to me. He Kept me informed on everything. Even when the papers were turn over to the underwriters, n they ask for a document I call Cory and he will explain it to me in a way that ican understand why certain documents were needed. He's the guy to talk to. u won't regret it at all. He's awesome to work with. pleasant, caring, patient n want to see that u get the best. Rocket Mortgage u have the best. Don't loose him he will make ur company proud."

His good nature came through from the beginning, and, remained the same to the very end of our business relationship with him. It was very obvious that he is a person who takes his profession and customer service very seriously. His calm and soothing voice came in very handy when we had to deal with challenges, especially since we were purchasing a home during the COVID-19 Pandemic. His soothing, verbal manner in relating to us, especially as Seniors who are not so highly technologically savvy, gave us the confidence, assurance and trust when we needed it most. The best part of Mike is that he is just a caring and trustworthy guy who knows his stuff which is an essential and priceless asset when assuming a mortgage! If we were his parents, and we are NOT (nor have we met outside of a cell phone line...LOL), we would be very proud of his integrity and work ethic!!! They have figured out how to make things very simplistic, which is needed in today's age of technology where many banks fail in that regard. The company makes it a habit to hire actual quality professionals that make the mortgage experience much more palatable. From the first day that Ryan and I began working our way through the process there was never a time that I felt out of touch with the loan thanks to Ryan. I knew what steps were coming up way before I needed and it eliminated so many of the OMG moments that often happen when a request from the company catches you by surprise. That company took over two weeks just trying to verify my employment and salary, and we still felt like we were getting nowhere. Enter Brian — and everything changed. In less than 2 days, from my inquiring about a refinance and total debt consolidation, this banker had me connected to one of the best mortgage gurus--Michael--that I have ever experienced. I have bought and sold and mortgaged and refinanced numerous homes and this experience with Anna, Michael, and everyone along the way, down through the Notary Ann who helped us sign and close, was fast, friendly, professional, and stress-free! I won't ever seek any lender other the Rocket Mortgage for my home mortgage needs. Consider this timeline! It's April 12th and I'm thinking about a better mortgage rate, consolidating debt and getting cash out. I input some information into a lender-finding app and here comes 3 or 4 ready to go. One stands out from the rest, then I get the call from Anna...the outstander. By April 14th, Michael is on me with what he needs to make it all work. I work with him and in no time flat he has me at closing. A great rate, total debt-consolidation and cash out, all happened in 21 days, a mere 3 weeks from the thought to fruition. We closed on May 3rd. Mind blown!!! Kudos, Anna and all the Rocket Mortgage angels!"

We were extremely worried about even starting to refinance our home, but my wife is in the oil and gas industry and lost her job over a year ago, so we needed to refinance to prevent losing it. Thanks to Ashawn we successfully completed our application in less than two hours, with all of our questions answered and worries resolved. I cannot endorse him and Rocket Mortgage highly enough to reach the level he deserves. If you need to refinance, give ashawn a call; you will NOT be disappointed. "
