I didn't really know much about the homebuying or loan process, but Anna thoroughly talked me through everything. She was super communicative and very responsive to all of the random questions I came up with through the process. When I finally found a house I wanted to make an offer on,she got the necessary paperwork together for me right away . She requested all the documents she needed from me and my wife and kept the paperwork organized until we needed the approval letter. She was able to get us the approval letter quickly so we could put in our offer. She worked till the end and followed up with us/agent everyone she can do and finally made us buy a house ontime. If you're looking for a quality loan agent who is able to answer any questions you have and will do whatever it takes to help you with the loan process don't look any further.Go with Anna."

"Tom , i got connected by chance after i got an email, a routine sales talk email, and we just talked for a few minutes. Since i had all the info. memorised i laid it to him and he was taking notes i ...Tom , i got connected by chance after i got an email, a routine sales talk email, and we just talked for a few minutes. Since i had all the info. memorised i laid it to him and he was taking notes i guess. Within a day or two we are on and my loan was under progress and we got it done. We could have done it little earlier, a few weeks earlier , but i was away since i work on a US Navy ship and be gone to sea for a few days and was having trouble with emails, sending scanned copies and or going on line or calling banks etc for statements. Otherwise i was getting instant email replies and phone msgs. back from Tom and it was a pleasure working with him. And my case, was not an easy , probably most difficult considering my various activities and spread out over across the country too. Anyway finally when i thanked him for getting this done considering many things on my side, i told Tom i would like to be in touch with him for future refinance and or new loans when it shows up in my life in a few years or even earlier."

I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan ...Great phone experience today speaking with Tom! I called Rocket Mortgage today after receiving a letter from my mortgage holder informing me that I have an Adjustable Rate Mortgage loan and my loan rate was going up an would go up every six months! I never signed up for an ARM loan, but because my loan was sold to another lender apparently my loan was changed from a fixed loan to ARM loan of which I was unaware. I was ready to give the house keys to the lender but Tom talked me off the ledge. Thank goodness for Tom. He listened to me and said he would look into options for me. Tom patiently explained my my options in a clear manner that I was able to understand. He listened to me and answered my questions clearly. We discussed a plan and I now have my homework to do. He didn't speak from a script; he spoke like someone who truly wanted to help me and who had my interests in mind. I truly appreciated my conversation with Tom. While we weren't able to close on a loan today, I look forward to speaking with Tom again in January when I'm hoping we can secure a loan. If I were able to give Tom 10 stars, I would. "I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced ...I turned to Rocket Mortgage after a nightmare experience with a "local" finance company that was so obsessed with detailed explanations of trivial financial transactions that I was ultimately forced to cancel my home purchase. After finding another home to purchase, my new realtor encouraged me to work with a local mortgage company. Having just sold our house, which was financed by Rocket Mortgage, I returned to Rocket Mortgage rather than the local company. Both agents told me that Rocket Mortgage was too slow and a local mortgage company would be faster. After my last experience I decided to return to Rocket Mortgage. Some people are uncomfortable with the web-based tools associated with the loan process. I, personally, prefer this approach and really like the portal that Rocket Mortgage built. Upon contacting Rocket Mortgage, I was assigned to Andrew Weber. He immediately took control of our application and accelerated the purchase process. Andrew guided us through the application process and provided a transparent transition to our closing agent. It was a pleasure to work with Andrew after our nightmare experience with a different mortgage company. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage for home loans and, if you are lucky enough, you'll get Andrew to assist you through the application process. highly recommended by our realtor, I was a little nervousth"

Let's start with my early childhood. I was born the second of three boys....nah just playing. For real Bill was the most helpful human during our homebuying process. My wife and I were not really planning to move but found the perfect house and had to act fast. Bill did not only get the ball rolling, he shot it out of a fu$&*$3 cannon. We were able to get approved and make an offer in no time at all. Once our offer was accepted, we spoke more to Bill than i do to my own mother. We had a road trip to Chicago and probably talked to Bill for 2 hours, my wife just asking him question after question after question (she's a type A human). Bill answered everything with ease and our confidence in his knowledge never faltered. It is very evident that he has been doing this for awhile. By the end of the process, if Bill told me selling my kidney was a good idea, i probably would. That is how much we trust him. I know nothing i write on here will be enough but I'm doing my best because I know Bill would for us. I would recommend him a billion times over to anyone looking to purchase a new house. In fact, i might pretend we're looking in a few years again, simply to work with this dude. Grade A++. Gold Star. From the bottom of our hearts Bill, thank you."
