She didn't have any problem with that, and we went through the numbers. I felt no pressure, she was knowledgeable - quick with response, and I was able to make an informed decision. I agreed to allowing the credit soft hit, and we went through it again. She may have spent more time with me on the phone (1hr-40min), but it was all good with her. I cannot recall, but she must have ran the numbers around 6 times with different scenarios, and I felt no pressure during our conversation. You could tell that she just wanted to help. Carly played a big part, and we ended up refinancing through Rocket. Our Final Closing was today - 28 days after my first talk with her. Fully Recommend !!! Thx"

After we got a tour of our favorite house, me and my fiancé we decided not to lose the house we just took a tour of and we also decided to get a good rate with low down payment and with a good lender since we are first time home buyer. We ask our realtor for a quicker way and better lender to get the house, and she recommended us Rocket Mortgage. We applied for a pre-approval with Rocket Mortgage. We are glad and really satisfied that we choose Rocket Mortgage as our lender. We are satisfied and happy with their fair fees, easy and quick processing of getting of our favorite house. We got a good acceptable interest rate and we paid a very low down payment. We are very happy the way Rocket Mortgage and it’s professional and helpful staff make everything happen professionally, understandably, easily and so quick that nobody believe it. As a first time home buyer and by our very good experience we really recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone buying mortgage, because of Rocket Mortgage’s perfect service and very clear processing and very professional and helpful staff. Meghan used strong positive words, surrounded by a caring personality and professional service getting my attention in turn making me relax and positive. To me, it is a gifted individual taking two strangers over the phone and bring comfort and reassurance "we can do this Oman, together" feeling like part of the family. I never thought to be living in my new home January 8, 2016 from November's first call. I wanted to set an example for my children showing any dream at any age is possible. To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date. It was really a pleasure working with him, everything was easy thanks to his help."
