"I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way ...I was sitting at my computer just surfing around and I saw an an ad for Rocket Mortgage. I clicked on it and started filling in my information just to see if I would benefit by refinancing. Half way through, I decided not to do it. I got off the site and about 30 seconds later, my phone rang. It was a gentleman from Rocket Mortgage (I had put my phone number in). He transferred me to a young lady by the name of Nicole. I explained to her that I had just refinanced about a year ago, and I wasn't really looking to do it again, and I didn't want to waster her time. She was very pleasant and told me it would be no bother for her to take a look if I wanted. So I said, okay -- let's do it. Long story short, this young lady was fabulous. She had the patience of a saint, and she was extremely knowledgeable. In a matter of a few minutes she explained to me something about my previous refinance that I had forgotten, which was costing me more money than I realized. I was hooked. She then spent time going over what she could do for me to save money by refinancing with Rocket Mortgage and still get the fixed rate I wanted! So -- needless to say, I am now set to close on a refinance with Rocket Mortgage tomorrow! I am very happy with everything that Nicole did for me. She is a "10" as far as lending institutions go, and I have dealt with many of them in my lifetime. She assured me that if I ever have any problems, don't call anyone else but her, that she will handle them for us! I mean, how good is that? dealing with one person makes it so much easier!! I am soooooo glad that I refinanced with Rocket Mortgage, and even more glad I "met" Nicole. If you are looking to refinance or get a loan, Nicole is the person you need to talk with! I simply cannot say in words how wonderful she is to deal with! Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for everything you did, and your wonderful personality!! I haven't dealt with anyone in the business world in a long time who made me feel as important as you did. Your genuine concern for my wife and me was so refreshing! Once the process started, he made it easy, answered my calls and texts quickly making the process simple. Not only simple, but from day one to closing, it only took 17 Days approx. Anyone who takes a call from Mr. Gallagher in reference to refinancing, I would recommend you listen to the numbers before just saying no, Thank You Again Mr. Gallagher"

He wants the loan to work out as much as you do. He celebrated my appraisal report with me. He can be trusted. He was not the first agency that I spoke with. I changed over to him. The first agency the man made me feel pressured. That company was also giving me a higher interest rate. The man seemed frustrated. When I spoke with Adam the first time I knew that he was the right choice. I know this was an online loan but I felt safer doing this than I did when I first got my home loan through a hometown bank!"

Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism ...I’ve been dealing with Thomas over the past year trying to refinance my house. To some extent, I was a difficult client to deal with. Throughout all that I put him through Thomas’ professionalism was in wavering. He was patient and understanding of my situation. He never pressured me towards anything and was always helpful as we worked out my refinance. I finally contacted him 3 weeks ago and he quickly locked me into a 30 yr conventional loan at 3.375%. He worked into the evening making sure we had everything covered and that enabled me to finally refinance my mortgage at a rate that benefits my family and I immensely. I recommend Thomas in handling any and all mortgage dealings. He has an in depth knowledge of the mortgage financing industry which based on his long tenure at Rocket Mortgage. He is more than capable of serving his clients’ mortgage needs."

Brandon Matti and Jennifer Parks held my hand, and walked me through the ups and downs of the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone! Even when I thought we were going to be declined and we hit some pretty huge holes in the road Jennifer and Brandon always let me know they were fighting for me and what we had to do to make things right. I am now living in my house for a little over a month and all my Thanks go to these 2 people. Not to mention with the app, and online log on for Rocket Mortgage you can always see what documents you need, what you need to do next, where in the process you are, and a little chat window for questions and concerns. Rocket Mortgage is defiantly where the future of mortgage is going. Now I only wish I lived closer to their headquarters, I myself have a customer service related job and would only be so lucky to work for a company with such amazing customer service support!
