I explained my situation and why I was looking for a new loan. He asked if he could run my credit and take a look at everything, he called me back as he promised on time and my loan process began. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage. Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again. Armando was awesome and when I still have questions he still continues to help me. At one point, I wasn’t sure why the numbers had changed the way they had, and he noticed that the loan amount had been changed slightly at some point in the underwriting process, which I had not noticed. This allowed me to go back and get the numbers where I wanted them; without his attention to detail and willingness to genuinely help, I would probably have been less satisfied with the loan. I’m very thankful for his time, attention and his willingness to help as much as possible!"

I have been recommending Gabe and the company to all my friends and even strangers when I get a chance. I had hesitated in buying a house because of all the hassle and fear of not being able to get what I wanted in a booming market, I was wrong. It was easy and we have the house of our dreams.
