Her energy and caring and high standards of accountability for all of us lifted and inspired. She set the tone for my beginning at this company, and I feel I was truly lucky to have her as my training captain. To that point, I would even brag on her to my friends who don't even work here, as I put in the long hours needed to pass the exam we were preparing for, which I did with flying colors."
