He stayed late, he was there on the weekends and always had my back when it came to coaching me or doing a game film. I grew into a confident banker hitting promotions, goals and winning competitions with him as a coach. Even when I wasnt in his cycle/region he was always there to assist. He is truly a one-of-a-kind coach! Rohring #1"

"I had the opportunity to have Brent as a trainer for a 2nd attempt in SAFE and let me say this-- He can come off initially as intimidating to some, however, when you get that he presses & pushes you ...I had the opportunity to have Brent as a trainer for a 2nd attempt in SAFE and let me say this-- He can come off initially as intimidating to some, however, when you get that he presses & pushes you to become the BEST version of yourself, for success. One of the most amazing trainers, I've come across throughout my careers. There were times that I questioned myself, however, Brent was always there to push me forward. I trusted Brent, myself & I trusted the process to assist me with crossing the finish line, including when I didn't know where it would lead me. Most importantly, I kept the faith. From the beginning of his training, he makes you feel as if everyone is a family. No shame, guilt or doubting yourself is allowed in his room. His training is very conversational & engaging vs. just reading from the PowerPoint. The pace of the room is fantastic, he's not rushing through the information because he wants to make sure you grasp & understand the information being given. He will take the time to answer as many questions from everyone to ensure no one is being left behind with confusion. I respect him for that. I was not confident in taking the SAFE exam the 1st time around, however, I can truly say, this time I was. And I passed! The confidence Brent helped me with, in believing in myself, I am truly grateful. I trusted him & he did not disappoint. I will take the lessons learned & continuing moving onwards & upwards."
