Eric was able to break it down in a way that was easy to swallow and went at a pace that kept momentum, but allowed time for understanding and a good grasp of concepts. His aptitude and understanding of the material made it easily transferable to those he was teaching. Constantly encouraging even when having to have some real talk conversations and made sure to celebrate wins with us! I couldn't have asked for anything more in a trainer, it was such an enjoyable and informative time! Thank you Eric!"

These courses are useful for all team members, not just leaders or future leaders. The Feedback course made me think outside the box on how to handle both giving and receiving feedback. Rock the Stage was the perfect course for those looking to prepare for their first speech or someone that's been giving speeches their whole career. It will make you rethink the way you prepare for your speech, the content you create, and your movements in front of the audience. I especially loved Rock the Stage because you have a two hour course discussing and practicing tips/tricks and then on a separate day everyone gets a chance to present on an ISM of your choice. I'm looking for the next time Valdet comes to visit us in the desert so I can sign up for his next courses."

Anson demonstrated his ability to train a big classroom during the first week, while maneuvering through a classroom full of people who mostly knew nothing about what he was talking about. Never once does he make a person feel like they have an unimportant question. Anson's ability to connect with the new bankers in training because he was in our seats not too long ago is amazing, it makes us feel that we too can master safe training enough to teach a class in a short period of time. Anson is the best, and his creativity is endless. Along with his phenomenal training ability, Anson takes the time to help people out with their personal lives. He is friend and a trainer, and it is something that you cannot find often in training enviorments."

Malik has a slower approach and takes his time to make sure everyone understands the material and is happy to stop and take a deeper dive into the material. Shawn is more fast paced but gets everyone involved in a way that makes it easier to retain the information being presented. Both have different approaches but equally effective. I'm a thrilled they were my trainers. When I pass the Safe exam tomorrow, it will be because of them. Thank you!"

Every morning Kassa comes around and greets each of his team members personally, he listens in and coaches with Eye In The Sky and pays attention to the finest detail to tell you exactly what to fix and how; not to mention the weekly tip that he gives us to better our production for the week. Matthew is very skilled at what he does, he is very inspirational and will always motivate you and tell you exactly what he thinks, even if it is not what you want to hear at the time (he will never feel sorry for you). He will also go out of his way to better your production, even if it means grabbing you something so that you can continue dialing. I can honestly say Kassa helped me grow as a banker and his tips and tricks will surely be missed!!"
