I am sure he has trained countless people but he still remembers me and even my nick name! But beyond that his skill is on a different level than most. He was able to take my slow learning and develop me into the senior banker that I am now. He was very attentive towards us and our needs while keeping us attentive towards him and the material. He is an incredible asset to Rocket Mortgage and is a good reason why Rocket Mortgage is so successful"

She took the time to sit down with me while I was struggling and explain the information to me. I was BLOWN away by her patience!! When I was feeling so discouraged, Michelle was there to help me get my mind right and keep me on track! She's transparent, and motivating! Michelle made me feel like I could do it! She is amazing at breaking down the information and explaining it in ways that work best for each individual student. When I break down last week, He gave me a lot of heart felt advise, and IT REALLY motivated me to push harder, especially when I thought I wouldn't make it through the classes. He always went that extra mile for everyone, He always gave me study tips and things like that to help me out!! I LOVE PLAYING KAHOOT WITH JASON AND THE TEAM!! HE ALWAYS MADE IT REALLY FUN AND WANT TO STUDY MORE!! He always made sure that EVERYONE UNDERSTOOD BEFORE WE MOVED ON!! I love having Jason as my trainer and I wish we can all stay in the same team.
