We wished they would have reviewed this again before going to underwritk.g as we had $5000 more cash out and tacked onto the mortgage than we were originally hoping. I am not sure where that falls in the process...we did find other home improvements to use the funds on and in the end it worked out. San was great. It was the most quick and painless process for mortgages that we have had. ( I think this was no. 5)"
