There is no room for failure, giving up, or not believing in yourself. Casey will NOT allow that to happen to anyone. I learned so much from her in just 1 month. It was the most fun, engaging, and inspiring learning experience I ever had throughout my entire life. She goes way above and beyond and is willing to help at any time. I can never say enough to explain what a wonderful person she is and how much I learned training with her. Casey gave me many reasons to stay strong, believe in myself, and never give up on my goals and my "WHY". Thank you for everything Casey!"

Day in and day out Kelly would start the day off with a smile and made the mortgage process as familiar as the back of my hand. No question was turned away and no one was left behind. She is a very caring person and wants the best for each and every one of the new team members. Kelly is very passionate about teaching and as was determined to have the entire class pass SAFE. Kelly has made a deep impression on me and I will carry all the tips and tricks she's taught us everyday in the workplace and in life in general."

She even surprises me when I get messages from her that she is listening to my calls and STILL goes out of her way to ensure I am the best that I can be. Her genuine personality, sense of humor and true passion makes her the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Not only is she a great resource in the work place but a truly incredible human being who I feel lucky to be able to have in my life. Not to mention she has some killer dance moves. He would stay after class for hours sometimes tutoring and helping anyone that needed help---even if they weren't in his class. He truly cared about all of us and wanted us all to pass. He's one of those guys that you just cant be negative or frown around him. You can talk to Muno about anything & everything. He was a huge impact on my safe journey and I appreciate him so much. When I was feeling discouraged one day, she pulled me into a breakout room and asked what was wrong. She made sure I was okay. Her words," You know you're my girl so I had to make sure you were okay." She always told us envision what score we wanted on our assessments during training and it helped. My last 115 I got the score I envisioned. Thank you so much for all your help. You are the best!!!!"

He's intuitive with us when he can tell we need a break, or if we aren't understanding something (with him or another leader) and will step in to make sure that we have clarity, and a chance to really absorb everything we learned. I wish that we could take Mat with one "t" with us to the floor, because I will sorely miss his classes and humor- and all of the knowledge that he gave us! I don't know what I would have done without him as a leader in BT. He's made a huge impact on my career. "

I know it can be hard to teach such dry information all day every day and keep your students awake, but Chill had no problem doing that. I was always tuned in to whatever she was going over, even if I was really tired or not totally ready for the overflow of information being thrown at me. She has a great teaching style! I really enjoyed being taught by her! She was also so passionate about having EVERY student pass and that is so awesome!"
