Been through several purchase and refi mortgages, all ...Awesome experience. Called Rocket Mortgage three weeks ago, was put in touch with Chelsea. I'm scheduled to close a few days from now on Refi. Been through several purchase and refi mortgages, all of them went well. But this Refi with Rocket Mortgage was head and shoulders above the rest. Almost no work on my part - Rocket Mortgage has automated all the records searches on their end, so their was very little for me to do other than eSign a few docs, and review the materials (which I do religiously, and I found exactly ZERO errors throughout the whole process). It is amazing what can be accomplished when good companies like Rocket Mortgage get it right. Plus, the rates were extremely competitive, and Chelsea and her had great flexibility to get me into a rate / closing cost combination that met my needs. It was a pleasure working with Chelsea, and the entire Rocket Mortgage team, and they should be anyone's first stop when shopping for a mortgage."

I have a hard time sitting for long amounts of time and listening to people talk, but Haley makes me want to pay attention and learn. She always breaks things down in a way that's easier to understand without insulting your intelligence. She's an excellent motivator and she has such an upbeat personality, she really makes it easier to get through these long days of training. She never gives us attitude regardless of how many questions we ask, she's always willing to help and is great at encouraging us to not get discouraged if we aren't seeing the results we want in class. I felt like she was invested in not only my success, but the overall success of everyone in my class. She's great at what she does. Thank you for doing such a great job, Hay Hay!!! "

As our trainer/leader not only was he patient with me because it takes me longer than most to understand a new subject but he took as much time as I needed to really understand everything completely. Since the first day he held me accountable and at times where I was feeling like I wasn’t going to be able to pass he motivated me to try harder and made me feel like I could do anything that I put my mind too. I could honestly say without Tony I don’t know if I would be where I am today in my career and as a person because he didn’t only teach me about SAFE/ mortgages which I didn’t know one thing about when I started but he taught me life lessons that I will carry forever and for that I couldn’t thank you enough. A class act all the way and one of the most knowledgeable mortgage minds I’ve had the pleasure of working with."

Matt understands that each individual learns differently and adjusts to his bankers' learning styles to ensure that they will grow from his coaching. It is clear to see that helping people grow and develop is what Matt finds the most success in, he is passionate in his work and it shows everyday he's in the office. Most of all I appreciate Matt's positive approach. He not only gave critiques and advice to be better but he did it in a positive motivating manner. I suggest all new bankers have some time with Matt to truly reach their maximum potential on the banking floor. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Wayne State University, taken plenty of other courses in different institutions, and dropped out of my master's program at Ball State University to join Rocket Mortgage. All my courses were health related and had no knowledge or experience in mortgages. NONE. I'll be honest, I had no idea what a mortgage really was, let alone knew anything about the process of even buying a home. I was not confident jumping into something that I was not familiar with. However, thanks to Ryan, I am amazed at what I know today. This man changed my entire confidence and understanding of mortgages, Which brings me back to why I mentioned my education history. Ryan was the BEST instructor/team leader/teacher/role model I have ever learned from! His positive energy integrated with his style of teaching is beyond anything I have ever experienced in an educational standpoint. I am forever thankful and grateful not only in joining Rocket Mortgage, but most importantly being part of Ryan's team. He is the reason for my life beginning a new journey in this amazing career. Nothing comes easy. Accomplishment can only be achieved if you believe in yourself, but In order to accomplish anything, you have to fight through the obstacles to reach your goals. Thank you Ryan! She seemed to have a thorough knowledge of all he subject material and was able to answer literally every question that was thrown at here. She also brought a great attitude with her into the classroom every day and kept the atmosphere fun and energetic. I wish I had more teachers like her in college!"
