I had to learn the terms, lingo, and all the inner details from the start. Gary walked me through every step of the way. He gave me the information I needed very clearly and explained everything in the best of layman's terms that he could. I couldn't have asked for better help. If you're looking for a quick close and have all the bases covered, Gary and his team are unmatched. As soon as I gave them the address for the home we were interested in, they took the name Rocket to the next level with impressively fast service to get the appraisal, survey and forms launched to completion. I'll be telling everyone I know that are looking to buy a home *first timers especially* that these are the folks to call. I seriously can't say Thank You enough!"

He followed me through the whole process of refinancing. He wasn’t pushy or salesman like. I would definitely recommend him to anybody who is interested in refinancing. I learned how the process work ...Michael made it easy for us to choose Rocket Mortgage. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never sounded annoyed by my Questions like other mortgage companies. I learned how the process work to refinance along the way. He texted and emailed quickly in response to my questions. He picked up the phone when email or text wasn’t going to be an easy method to understand the answers. Other companies just continued to email me back and forth even after multiple clarification requests were made. I was easily able to call him too. Overall, I would highly recommend him to help anyone with their mortgages. The other added plus for us was the continuing monitoring of the interest rates and the future refinancing being included when they go down in the future. No pre-penalty for paying off early, good website where I have been able to see all my docs and electronic signing. Customer service has been the best. If you plan to refinance, Michael at Rocket Mortgage is the way to go. Thank you Michael!"

I went through a bunch of lenders who made me feel very comfortable and something told me no way I’m going back to G because he actually cares. G would call just to see how everything was going and if he could help in any way. Yea it was not normal to me because it wasn’t somebody in person I was working with but he did the best job out of anyone and he wasn’t even here! G got me into a loan that I wanted and was comfortable in, everyone else that I tried working with tried pushing me into loans I didn’t want period. Thanks G you were awesome!"

"Vance is so easy to work with! He is patient, willing to explain all the details about mortgages, so many of which I had no clue. He was responsive to my needs, particularly my lack of knowledge about cell-phone capabilities and how to use them. He remained patient throughout my learning experience. He guided me through the entire mortgage application process as well. Despite my being a slow learner at cell-phone usage, he kept encouraging me with positive remarks and never made me feel inadequate or slow. I really appreciated his good humour and patience. And, after the application was complete and after closing, he was available for guidance when I had a question. Vance is truly an asset for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and their clients. I feel so fortunate that he answered the phone when I first called. He made the entire process a pleasure!"

Since the first time I spoke with him he had this cool demeanor about him. There were times when I thought he was full of “ beans” and I was ready to let him have it with both barrels and he would always say “ when you submit blah blah blah document we should be good”. Every time he said that (around a million to be exact) I would chill out. It was a like a Jedi mind trick. There were more than one occasion when I thought about dropping this cat and going to another company.Then I would call him and he would reassure me he had everything under control and I would tell my wife I would give him more time. It was funny because not one time did he give me the impression that this deal would not go through, and I believed him. And that was funny because I usually don’t trust what people say, but Jordan was a man of his word. I couldn’t understand how he could stay so calm when I was getting flustered with all the bullshiggity I was going through. Again, that dude stayed cool as 3 Fonzies and he got it done and as the result, today I have my retirement home. Jordan is THE MAN! I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know who’s in the market of buying a home or refinancing."
