The manner in which he facilitates his deals is without question a very positive experience, and I must submit took me by some surprise. I/we were very happy with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. Very Happy! I took a flyer with Rocket Mortgage/Rocket as I was not convinced it was a safe, reliable path for such home mortgage transaction. From the moment I shared my disbelief and concerns Michael began to put my issues to bed and at ease, and delivered a excellent experience. Michaels demeaner is equally satisfying as his follow through and follow up. I would recommend Michael to anyone to obtain a home mortgage to receive First Class attention, technical guidance, financial understanding and trust in this large infrequent personal business transaction. Anyone, that has access to Michael, and can advantage his attention into a mortgage transaction should JUMP AT THE CHANCE. I cannot "blow" enough Sunshine towards this guy for his business acumen and personal 'touch' in conducting business. He is way beyond his years in technical aptitude, business acumen, and personal / relational engagement. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE MICHAEL FOR HOME MORTGAGE!!!"

I've come to understand there really is no comparison to any other lending institution, and definitely no Loan Officer that works harder for his clients than Ben does. He is passionate and understanding, patient and professional, but his personal touch and willingness to spend as much time as it takes is what really endures him to clients. Every single client I've ever referred to Ben has been handled with the Atmos care and I know when I hand a client off to Ben, they will be well taken care of and they are extremely important, no matter what their purchase price or situation. Clients often remarked to me about how enjoyable he is to speak with and they enjoy his sense of humor! The communication that Ben provides is on the far extreme of great. I feel like I have a solid good partner with Benjamin and I Brearly have the opportunity to work with any other lender because I know that anything that comes my way Ben can handle. he is extremely patient in his understanding and often times I shoot a text to him just to ask a question and he responds to me immediately. It's remarkable that he is available seven days or nights a week and often times buyers comment to me that they feel they were His only client because of the tension he provides . "This is the fourth time I have worked with Matthew as a mortgage lender, and I have nothing but praise for all aspects of the home process. He helped us buy a home, then refinance the home a few years...This is the fourth time I have worked with Matthew as a mortgage lender, and I have nothing but praise for all aspects of the home process. He helped us buy a home, then refinance the home a few years later, then sell the home, buy a different home in another state, and then sell that home. Finally, we just completed our last move, financed by the guiding genius of Matthew, such that he not only helped finance the home we closed on last week, but he also did so in a thoughtful fashion which will save us thousands of dollars, not just on the purchase. I think it has been 10 years that I have worked with him, and I have no hesitation about giving him my top praises. Many bankers and lenders seem to be of the opinion that they are "doing us a favor" but Matthew always turned it around and did favors for us. Maybe, if the markets are favorable, he can help refinance this home at lower rates in a few years. But this is our LAST home, so I am sorry (sort of) to report that I doubt he will help us sell or buy any additional homes. My financial gratitude to Matthew extends beyond any expected apogee, and I don't see how he could work any harder or more effectively or FRIENDLY. Our thanks to him for his work, well above and beyond the "call of duty." Thank you, Matthew!!!"

He was super quick, extremely responsiveness, looked out for our best interests and possessed a lovely personality. We were advised by our builder that partnering with an outside lender may lead to delayed closing due to non-responsive feedback, but Alex did not disappoint. Even at 10pm, Alex was on the phone collecting our information to process our pre-approval for the offer. He immediately followed up with necessary requirements for completing the mortgage application. Whenever we had a question, Alex responded within MINUTES by email or phone. His work ethic is remarkable! Alex was also vigilant to protect our interests. Imagine our surprise when he called to state he was monitoring interest rates and was able to get us a rate that was lower! It might not seem like much but over the life of the loan, that really adds up. We were extremely impressed that he listened to us and looked out for our interests. Moreover, when deliberating mortgage options, he was brutally honest about which options would and would not work for us AND backed up his suggestions with detail payment information and amortization schedules. Ultimately we made the decision that best fit our situation but Alex was helpful in making that decision seamless. We absolutely recommend Alex DeVries at Rocket Mortgage. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive! "
