When I had questions, he always took the time to answer them in a timely manner. I would recommend him for any financial transaction and am thankful that he happened to be the mortgage banker assigned to assist me. If given a choice, he would be who I would go to for all of my future banking needs. I have closed on many homes and refinances in the past and this one was the most seamless. Special note that my refinance was a VA refinance with extra hoops to jump through and we sailed through without a hitch. Thanks Nelson."

The Rocket Team did not return my call but I was able to reach Sonja and this was very helpful. She gives excellent customer service!"

"We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up ...We Have Been With Rocket Mortgage for almost 18 yrs now, in which time we have had excellent service from All Involved & Re-financed 3 times, once to update our home with $40,000 which brought it up from Orig. price of $75,000 in 1986 to $185,000 now in 2019. The key is where to update! This time to Lower our House Payment. We were lucky enough to meet Justin Smith, Sr. Banker, Just by chance, he called & because our Caller ID said Rocket Mortgage, answering that phone call is the best thing we have done. Justin Smith has held our hands through the entire Re-finance to lower our house payment & decrease our Int. Rate. Every time I have called with A question & we are older so that is often, he calls me right back ASAP, answers my questions & fixes whatever our concern's instantly! He is so easy to talk, too & brilliant with numbers! As you process through your loan, he doesn't leave you as many did before, he still calls just to make sure we are okay! That reassurance is vital in something so important as your home and the biggest expense in your life. He will get you the best deal possible and work the numbers so you will sleep well at night!
