It was a Sunday morning when I completed some information online, and the system asked if I would be willing to accept a call. I’m certainly glad I said yes! On the other end of the phone was Kory. From that first conversation, he worked with me through the entire VA refinance process. He took the time to explain my options, walked me through how the refinance could benefit me, answered my questions, and was there throughout the entire journey. When the appraisal came back lower than expected, Kory didn’t give up or simply tell me the deal wouldn’t work. He shifted gears, found another solution, and kept the process moving forward. Just a few days later, we closed! Thank you, Rocket Mortgage, for a great experience, but especially, thank you, Kory, for your persistence, communication, and outstanding customer service. You made what could have been a stressful process much easier. Job well done, Kory!"

We were advised...We absolutely enjoyed working with Alex DeVries at Rocket Mortgage. He was super quick, extremely responsiveness, looked out for our best interests and possessed a lovely personality. We were advised by our builder that partnering with an outside lender may lead to delayed closing due to non-responsive feedback, but Alex did not disappoint. Even at 10pm, Alex was on the phone collecting our information to process our pre-approval for the offer. He immediately followed up with necessary requirements for completing the mortgage application. Whenever we had a question, Alex responded within MINUTES by email or phone. His work ethic is remarkable! Alex was also vigilant to protect our interests. Imagine our surprise when he called to state he was monitoring interest rates and was able to get us a rate that was lower! It might not seem like much but over the life of the loan, that really adds up. We were extremely impressed that he listened to us and looked out for our interests. Moreover, when deliberating mortgage options, he was brutally honest about which options would and would not work for us AND backed up his suggestions with detail payment information and amortization schedules. Ultimately we made the decision that best fit our situation but Alex was helpful in making that decision seamless. We absolutely recommend Alex DeVries at Rocket Mortgage. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive! "

A couple of times when issues arose that required timeframe changes or additional information, I was able to contact him and get a response within a reasonable time. Don't think I'll need to again, BUT....if we do have the need in the future for this again, I'd love to work with Edgar again."

I don't usually write reviews but this is different - Moe Harb went above and beyond to help me. He was so informative about the process and what I could do or not do that would make it easier for me. I give Moe Harb FIVE STARS. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him. I also want to THANK Rocket Mortgage for their streamed-line approach to mortgage loans. What a breadth of fresh air! Thank you Moe!!!"

Prior to reaching out to Ashley I had been working with another banker for over two months and getting information was painful. Within 24 hours Ashley was able to provide me with a substantially better estimate and got the ball rolling almost immediately. She actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with three options that could work for my family. Ashley was always available to take my calls and would call me back almost immediately if I had to leave a message. I've been through a couple of closings and none of them have gone as smoothly as this one. Two and a half weeks after first speaking with Ashley and everything has been submitted and approved. Did I mention that I am also paying substantially less in fees and MI then what was quoted to me by other lenders? Thank you Ashley for caring about me and my family! We can't wait to move into our new home."

She corrected the mistakes that had been made, explained everything clearly, and immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands. What I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She never sounded like she was reading from a script or giving me rehearsed answers. She was honest, straightforward, and always kept things real with me, which meant a lot during such an important process. Jozi was incredibly knowledgeable and always made herself available.
