He hung in there as we amassed a large amount of documentation (I am an independent consultant-LLC) and answered our many questions in a transaction that was somewhat complicated. The entire Rocket Mortgage team was available whenever we had a concern, needed clarification, or wanted to alert them of our progress is submitting documents. We had thought that there were going to be problems submitting and keeping track of documents through an on-line portal, but we were pleasantly surprised at how organized things were. It was a pleasure work with Joe and the entire Rocket Mortgage team."

In the darkness Jerry was a light. Like- answer to my prayers. He was understanding, informative and built a package I could work with. Rocket was super to work with (my 4th loan with them over the years) and I could not be happier. I may never meet Jerry in person but if I could, I would shake his hand. He was transparent and CARED.
