"I first "met" Doug last month when my wife and I came across a house we loved and we needed to move quickly. I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang ...I first "met" Doug last month when my wife and I came across a house we loved and we needed to move quickly. I applied for a mortgage online and literally 5 seconds after I hit submit my phone rang and a employee said "please hold for Doug." I explained to Doug what I was looking for and he immediately began assisting me with the process. We talked multiple times that day and subsequent days. The sellers were entertaining another offer and Doug took it upon himself to call the sellers to ensure them that my financing was rock solid, I mean who does this! During the process Doug was by far the most attentive and responsive mortgage consultant I have ever dealt with. He stayed abreast of the process the entire time and made me feel at ease. If I could give more then 5 stars I would, he was awesome."

My Husband and I were considering refinancing our 1 1/2 year old home to get an earlier payoff date and also a better interest rate than our current 4.250%. Tom worked diligently on doing the research and all the information and even more so than we asked. We are paying an extra monthly amount towards the principal as it is and Tom was honest in telling us that with what we are presently doing that it would be best to continue on the "track" as is. He did not try to pursuade us to refinance for his own benefits. I very much recommend Tom Diaz to anyone who may be deciding as to whether they should refinance their home and if refinancing is the better option,. I am sure that Tom would definitely get you the best rates and if needed to explain the process in terms that everyone would understand and answer any questions you may have. Also, Tom is not a 9 to 5, 5 days a week person. We actually spoke on a Sunday afternoon and even had updates on Saturday. So, "Hats Off" to to Tom Diaz as a person that truly puts his clients fist! Using Rocket Mortgage’s online portal, I felt very confident and comfortable knowing whose court the ball was in throughout the process: whether I needed to do something, or whether it was just a waiting period for me. And communication was so easy: never spent time on hold, always a helpful and professional response. Most people don’t purchase a home many times in their life, or they don’t do it often enough to remember how to do it. Regardless of your experience, you can definitely trust Ally and Rocket Mortgage to help you purchase your new home!"
