I don't usually write reviews but this is different - Moe Harb went above and beyond to help me. He was so informative about the process and what I could do or not do that would make it easier for me. I give Moe Harb FIVE STARS. Rocket Mortgage is lucky to have him. I also want to THANK Rocket Mortgage for their streamed-line approach to mortgage loans. What a breadth of fresh air! Thank you Moe!!!"

There are only 2 parts of the process that would have been a little more clear 1. the appraisal communication with the appraisal management team 2. the transition from department to department within Rocket Mortgage was quick, but unclear. When the loan was progressing in the stages it would more to new members of the team, there wasn't a "hey this person will take you through the next steps", just more of these are the next steps and later you find out someone else was handling that part. He was very professional and did his part well overall."

Prior to reaching out to Ashley I had been working with another banker for over two months and getting information was painful. Within 24 hours Ashley was able to provide me with a substantially better estimate and got the ball rolling almost immediately. She actually listened to what I wanted and provided me with three options that could work for my family. Ashley was always available to take my calls and would call me back almost immediately if I had to leave a message. I've been through a couple of closings and none of them have gone as smoothly as this one. Two and a half weeks after first speaking with Ashley and everything has been submitted and approved. Did I mention that I am also paying substantially less in fees and MI then what was quoted to me by other lenders? Thank you Ashley for caring about me and my family! We can't wait to move into our new home."

"Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns....Nick was a great connection with Rocket Mortgage and the refinancing of our home! I will say that Nick, himself, was deeply knowledgeable, patient, and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. There were several concerns, however. When we approached this loan, with a home that was free and clear of any debt, we stated the urgency in which the process needed to be concluded. We were purchasing a home through the local sherrif's tax forclosure auction and the terms were 30 days. It was assured to be completed on time. Fast forward 60+ days and the loan was finally going to close after being asked by several people in the company, through tasks on the mobile application or through telephone calls to us, to re-submit supporting documents or to provide clarification on items listed in the inspection that were not only complete, but not necessary due to the inspector's inept abilities to clarify on his report. The overall process not only took longer than the assured time, but we were out the $3200 deposit we put down on the property and the home was demolished by the city and we lost the more than $4,000 we had done in repairs to the property. Again, Nick is wonderful and worked very close with us in the process and also showed frustration on the process."

When property ...This was my first ever home purchase, and it couldn't have been a smoother process. Carolyn was professional, quick to respond, and helped me get the best terms on my loan possible. When property taxes came back higher than expected, resulting in an initial down payment increase from 3 to 10% (which I couldn't afford and would lose the home as a result), she worked to help me buy down the intereset rate and put a bit more money down to keep me under contract. It worked perfectly and I ended up going back down to 3%. So I ended up with the same down payment and an interest rate 1.25% lower!! Really good work. She treated the home like it was her dream home, and did everything possible to get me into it. Forever grateful to her and her team!!"

The process is easy and Michael Smith is there every step of the way answering any doubts that I may have and helping you get everything rolling so the closing doesn't take that long and I probably will be able to close within the next 2 weeks!! Thanks so much Rocket Mortgage! I definitely will continue to work with them for any future mortgage needs!!"

We originally were going with a different lender, but Josh was able to save us more money so we switched at the last minute and because we'd rather work with someone more attentive and personable. The process was beyond smooth, fast and efficient. He's also one of the nicest, friendliest and most knowledgeable agent we've ever worked with. Thank for making this home buying experience beyond memorable. If you're buying a home, hope you get Josh! It will make all the difference in your home buying experience."
