She was extremely professional, patient and kind. Had this experience been an "on-line only" process, I believe I would have stopped early and given up. I got a good fair rate, and highly personalized help for what was a complex experience for me. Natisha gave me peace of mind with respect, kindness and tremendous professionalism in her guidance of me. I'm not sure this is still provided everywhere anymore, so if you desire professional, attentive, specialized assistance consider Natisha Shannon with Rocket Mortgage. The other areas of support were also efficient, responsive and professional. I would definitely refer Rocket Mortgage and Natisha Shannon. Thank you for my successful outcome!!!!! Linda Stewart"

Matthew called me back, before I had the chance to reinitiate with him, when we could proceed with the refi. I have passed along our experience working with Matthew and haved recommended several of our friends to contact him, when they're ready to refi or purchase. GREAT JOB MATTHEW!!!"

I have worked extensively on two house purchases with Alan (one took over a year!), there were some stressful situations but, I have not seen Alan even once loose his cool, professionalism, kindness and sincere desire to help. Alan is an outstanding Professional with deep expertise but, most importantly, personal qualities and heart that outshine everything else. Alan has this natural high emotional intelligence that cannot be learned in school, which is very rare, especially in this cut throat business. It's always a pleasure hearing from Alan and I would only ever want to work with Alan, always highly recommending him to my friends and family. Keep up the great work, Alan! Wishing you many successful deals and for all of your dreams to come true (as you do the same for many of your happy customers!) Cheers, Irina Taylor"

The process was very quick and easy and the continued communication as to the status and/or any documents that were still needed were outstanding that led to the timely completion and closure of the loan process. I enjoyed this painless experience and would like to give a thumbs up to Mariana who was so willing to walk extra mile to assist us in the process. I would like to thank Mariana for the job well done."

I had lots of questions even after writing down information and I would call or send an email and would get an immediate response which hadn't happened with a previous mortgage company. Heidi walked me through every stage of the mortgage, got me the information, told me where the paperwork was, emailed me a copy when I couldn't find the right form and made this loan easy. One smart loan officer. I recommend she gets a raise. Thank you for all your help."

She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. Julia obtained a FHA mortgage with the exact same information. The only downside to the entire deal was that my credit was checked within 2 weeks since the first deal and a second appraisal. Thanks to Julia and her knowledge and experience, I am very happy!"
