When I started the process they asked questions, I answered. When I had questions, they answered. When something came up that created a necessary change, they took care of everything. I had phone numbers, emails and they were easy to get in touch with at any time. I only had to provide certain paperwork and check my "checklist" regularly to see if anything else was needed, or to see where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Rocket Mortgage - and Rocket Mortgage - to anyone looking for financing or refinancing housing."

David always returned my calls or emails when I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to facilitate my re-fi. He kept me informed. He was great. He explained everything in simple terms for me and when I felt overwhelmed, he eased my mind and I felt that I was in good hands. He never once paid attention to the time of day or how many times I had to contact him. He always made me feel comfortable calling with any questions or problems that I encountered.
