"I am not good with computers. i personally had to take time to make sure that I really wanted to refinance ( let alone get away from wells fargo ). Jake took a lot of patience with my decision ...I am not good with computers. i personally had to take time to make sure that I really wanted to refinance ( let alone get away from wells fargo ). Jake took a lot of patience with my decision making. My questions were answered immediately and help was just a phone call away. Also Jake was able to remain calm even though I probably took to much of his time I feel like I was able to make the proper choices. Also, I am considering making another property buy and I know my first finance call will be to Jake."

She answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, and at no point did we ever feel like we were a bother. Despite all the questions I’m sure I asked, Blossom’s customer service remained outstanding, and we always felt fully supported. We’ve also been very impressed with Rocket Mortgage’s system. The document portals, dashboard, and user interface are incredibly intuitive, making everything straightforward and easy to navigate. The entire process has been streamlined, and it’s clear that Rocket is committed to making things as convenient as possible for their customers. We’ve set up biweekly payments and are making double payments, which is exactly what we wanted to do. This allows us to pay off our loan in just over 5 years instead of the 20 years originally offered, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We opted for the 20-year term to take advantage of the promotional interest rate, knowing we could pay it off much sooner. The best part is there are no penalties for early payments, and Rocket’s online account manager made everything easy to set up. With autopay in place, we don’t have to worry about logging in each month, everything is automated and hassle-free. Overall, Rocket Mortgage has made this process smooth and effortless, and working with Blossom has been an absolute pleasure. She’s been knowledgeable, courteous, and has gone above and beyond to ensure we’re taken care of. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience!"

Also, my family pet ...Jake is totally "quick" and professional. My husband passed away a year ago, my first mortgage was only a few months from being paid so I had quite a bit of equity in my home. Also, my family pet Schnauzer Pickles came down with lung cancer requiring an $8700 surgery and follow up chemotherapy. I had run up quite a total on my Line of Credit with the bank and the tune of 19% interest. I had contacted my bank to check on a refi and they were seeming to drag their feet some. Two weeks ago I had gotten an email about reefing with Rocket Mortgage-Rocket Mortgages so I called and happened to reach Jake as their rep. Believe it or not, after four hours we had my loan application all initiated and my interest rate was less than at the bank, AND WITH BETTER TERMS AS FAR AS CASH OUT. Again, Jake was a wonderful representative for Rocket Mortgage, I can't say enough positive comments about him. A few days later I had spoken with my daughter to let her know about my refi and how pleased I was with Rocket Mortgage, "Aren't they great!." she said. "We actually refi-ed with Rocket Mortgage a few months ago and we thought they were great too. I had checked with other lenders and found their satisfaction rating was unbeatable and we really liked them, no hassles at all." Thank you Jake and Rocket Mortgage-Rocket mortgage!"

Daniel was the ...So, I was frustrated w/ Mr. Cooper. I had called to discuss an issue with them. After a frustrating 15 minutes on the phone, I asked to speak to someone about refinancing my home. Daniel was the representative that I was connected with. I explained to him, my limited time to talk. He said, "ok, let's see what we can do." Literally he was able to get nearly all my information needed for Refi. There were a couple of items I needed to provide, but his whole demeanor were calm, cool, collected. He was exactly what I needed after a frustrating call earlier. He walked me through the whole process. I was amazed at how "EASY" the process was. When he explained to me that I could save nearly $600 on my refi, I was ecstatic. I can't tell you how "HAPPY" I am with the WHOLE process. From Daniel all the way to the closing. Very simple, very efficient and I am Very Happy! THANK YOU!!"
