She went above and beyond helping me with all this on line technology. Never used the computer to apply for any type of loan. Menal with the patience of a saint, was able to get me to understand how to submit information, download, upload how to use a electronic signature. It was a challenge for me but with Menal's help we got through it. If I ever apply for a loan again I would want her. All the people involved in our loan process was very helpful."

When I started the process they asked questions, I answered. When I had questions, they answered. When something came up that created a necessary change, they took care of everything. I had phone numbers, emails and they were easy to get in touch with at any time. I only had to provide certain paperwork and check my "checklist" regularly to see if anything else was needed, or to see where we were in the process.
