I had a tough case to work with, the process was not easy. However, Hasan broke everything down for me to make sure I fully understood what was going on and kept me updated when in the escrow process. There were many issues with my case but Hasan took the time to find solutions and options to get my loan processed. Although I had a tight budget he still cared for me as he would anyone else. I am forever grateful to Hasan and all the work he put in to get my kids and I into our first HOME. I fully recommend him and could not be more appreciative of the work he did for us. It was really helpful seeing the process status in real time. Ashley always made herself available to me throughout the process. Christina made sure she included some income that other agents thought was not eligible, but it was after ...Christina helped me get a loan for a condo. I was turned down by two other attempts prior. Christina made sure she included some income that other agents thought was not eligible, but it was after all. Besides the fact that she worked hard to qualify me for the loan, she was available to me whenever I called, even at night and when she wasn't actually on schedule to work. I felt like a friend or relative she was helping instead of a stranger. All the time, she was more than courteous and empathetic, even when I was freaking out about something or feeling worried or hopeless. She got me through all of my negative thinking and now I own my own place and am not depending on a land lord's whishes and whims. And now I can have a pet! :-) Thank you Christina!!! <3"

"Camille was very personable and tried to do her best to get things taken care of after taking over my loan mid process. I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I...Camille was very personable and tried to do her best to get things taken care of after taking over my loan mid process. I do give her 5 stars, however Dorian misled me and that I am frustrated with. I was clear that I did not want to buy points to get a lower rate, I have a great credit score and would not need points to get a reasonable rate because he agreed with this and quoted me a lower interest rate than our local bank I went ahead and went with Rocket. Also, Dorian had told me about some programs that would help me with lower out of pocket like rental reimbursement and using the referred realtor they sent. He did not mention those could not be stacked until much later in the process. After I did not have a choice but to move forward. Camille did get some of the points removed but even she came back with points to close which was ridiculous. The process was easy, I did like that but I could have gotten a much better rate locally and that is just my mistake for not making that choice. Camille I recommend highly, Dorian not so much and I am not sure if that is really just a Rocket Mortgage way of doing business or not so I am still on the fence with the Company itself."
