Then we spoke with Brooke and she was able to speak to us about what we needed and everything just fell in place. She was able to get the rate and terms we wanted and walked us through each step. Throughout the multiple proposals and document changes Andrew stuck with us. My wife and I were amazed when we finally got an offer accepted and Andrew stayed on the phone with us until late on a Saturday night to get the paperwork done so we could make a quick close. You simply don't see that kind of customer service anymore. I would and will recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a house and ask for Andrew!"

Jesse was very polite and I felt like he was looking out for me in my best interest regardless if I went with Rocket Mortgage or any other company. He also stayed working weekends to help me out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a better rate with Rocket Mortgage, but the fact that Jesse wasn't bitter about it and he told me that that was the best deal out there for me to take it shows a lot about him."
