He is very informative and answers questions quickly. James never made us feel inadequate with our lack of knowledge and numerous questions. Whenever we called him he was prompt to call us back or he answered right away. Even on weekends he would get back to us. We had questions the weekend before closing and he checked everything out for us and got back to us promptly with the answers. It is too bad we can't buy more property. When I received a call with yaser and he told me how things work and helped me refi at a awesome rate! Turned my fha into a conv and saved me 20 grand literally!! I’m serious look no further he puts himself in your shoes during the process and by the way the process is seamless and easy rocket mortgage all the way but definitely talk to yaser! Oh and by the way everything that he said that he told me was 100% correct throughout the loan process my rate got locked in etc. getting your first mortgage refinancing can be one of the most stressful things I know it by firsthand all I had to do was sign a few papers online using E signAnd now I’m not paying too much in interest! My 4 kids thank you yasar!! I owe you a steak dinner!"

I filled out an application on some realtor website, and with a snap of a finger I was receiving call after call in regards to getting a home loan, all acting like car salesman just wanting to have their way with my wallet. But then, Kelly called... She could here the stress, and anxiousness in my voice. Within seconds that feeling had all went away. Like I said before, it was my first time in the realm of purchasing my own property. Kelly explained everything to me; acronyms, what escrow is, tips, and the whole process in general. When I say everything, I mean everything—two sheets of printer paper filled out with notes from top to bottom, and front to back. Kelly had gotten to know me, not as a customer but as friend. She figured out what my budget was that was financially feasible, rather than what would fill her pockets, while emptying mine. They never followed what they said and I was very frustrated. Glad one day he call and from there on he was helpful and patient with me thru the process informed me of what was going on. Got approved and I looked for a home. It took about 5 homes and finally got the right one. This year I closed 3-3-26 with him helping me thru everything. Even when it seem impossible he said I going to help you and you will close. He went above and beyond I could not believe i closed. Some moments was tense but he explained situation. Great person to work with. I will highly recommend him. He is a man of word and will get you into your home. Believe I am living proof. I recommend him to anyone he is patient and very knowledgeable and even after he will help you. I recommend him high snd asked for John Kennedy. Thank you so much John I appreciate all that you did for me."
