Keeping your approval letter updated for bids on houses. John communicated with the realtors and tried in anyway to assist. You really need a good mortgage banker that is going to be caring and compassionate to you and your families needs because they are in it with you through it all. They recalculate for you over and over again. How much percent down. How much will this cost. Do I need an appraisal. Do I need an inspection. Oh they didn’t accept the bid. Oh I found another house and the process starts over. Not to mention the whole time your mortgage banker is going through this process with many different other clients that are all on different levels of the process. When you finally lock in every step is so crucial and it’s tons of back and forth. John does not typically make you wait for a response from him. I will tell you not all mortgage bankers are like this. So I would for sure recommend John. He is just a good person and it shows through the work he does. Thanks John!"

I was cash-strapped, and making initial down payment is characteristic of the home financing market. I felt that if, by any divine intervention, I stumble upon luck, the rollout would certainly be tortious and frustrating. But I was wrong. James proved himself to be a professional of depth and latitude, an all-weathered pilot ready to sail through any turbulence. His tolerance level was put to test when I rescinded my commitment to settle for a certain property following a devastating inspection report on said property. All that happened on the heels of a celebration, believing we had concluded a journey fraught with many challenges: the endless, and sometimes annoying paperwork, the back-to-back phone calls, etc. Through all of this, James remained engaged, persistent and unrelenting in his desire to help the needy.
