I was outbid on 8 houses and we were running short on time to make the closing when I needed it to. Peter understood my stress level and desperation, of which I did not get a house where I wanted it. It's such a housing war, when your in contention with people walking in with a wade of cash!! Give him a raise, send him and Rodney on an all expense paid vacation!!
