"I Donald Norvell having just went through a really bad experience with Loan Depot and their team of so called experts on home loans, 126 days of hell and they wanted to start the whole process over. ...I Donald Norvell having just went through a really bad experience with Loan Depot and their team of so called experts on home loans, 126 days of hell and they wanted to start the whole process over. they did not explain to me why however I wasn't going to spend anymore of my money to do what I already had spent on them .I was not going to even try to do this ever gain . MR. Andrew Johnson talked to me for about 3 to 5 minutes and I became very relaxed. I felt as if this person could help me .I gave Andrew a little information and he said he was going to call me back in a short while. Suprise as I was when he called me back whitin one hour he had a working plain for me .keep in mind that I was after a VA. loan,I spent less money with Rocket Mortgage and less paper work with Rocket Mortgage , ANDREW JOHNSON and his team completed the whole process in 26 days ,compared to Loan Depot 126 days without any results.I will recommend ANDREW and HIS TEAM ANY TIME,all of them was really greate too work with . Thank you to Andrew JOHNSON AND TEAM FOR YOUR HELP. "

Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, and Austin answered every single one quickly and clearly. I’m pretty sure he responded to text faster than anyone I know! We were out of state for part of the process, which could have made things complicated, but he went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Austin is your guy. Highly recommend. Honestly, if every part of buying a home worked like Austin does, the process would be about 90% less stressful."

I am thankful to Rocket mortgage for helping secure my family home after a buy out loan was arranged by the estate attorneys which was a high interest rate instrument because the estate held the loan not me as an individual. Natalie reviewed the trust instruments and determined correctly that I was now sole owner of the home and was therefore eligible to refinance at a much lower rate of interest to allow me to not have to be forced to sell sell the property and build a permitted in-law units as well as live in the house."
