We were not only able to close in under 30 days but he was extremely informative, put my wife & I at ease & is simply the best. Towards the end of the process we reached out on a Sunday, he was at a family BBQ. Once home got all proper documentation & we closed the following Thursday, in our new home for the holiday weekend. 1000% recommend Josh, thank you for guiding through the process & being so reassuring!"

Wow the bad mouthing the local guys gave Rocket Mortgage was so quick and so sharp that it made me suspicious of all mortgage bankers! I decided to go with Mark due to his positive can do attitude and honesty about competition. I feel very happy now, with my new house and my very affordable mortgage and I have Mark Richardson to thank for that! I recommend using Rocket Mortgage."

We understood that there is more than one person involved with these loans. There was a significant amount of money that was not going to be returned to us. After noticing this we quickly gave Ashley a call and she was promptly on it. This was our third time refinancing with this company and we had never had a problem like this before. On our closing date on our actual appointment they had forgotten to send us and the lady that was doing all the notary for our closing the documents for the closing. We started our appointment 45 min late due to this negligence. I understand this is all alot of work for them but, it is for us as well. I just would liked it to go a little smoother like previous times before. With all that being said. We appreciate all the work you did for us. Thank you!"

Whenever we had questions about documents we were collecting, content specifics or steps in the offer and escrow process he immediately responded or had a qualified backup available. Having that type of high quality professional helping out made all the difference. I’d definitely trust Sonny and Rocket to help me or friends and family with their mortgage, home purchase or refinance needs."

He made what could have been a stressful and lengthy process feel smooth, clear, and manageable. His professionalism, patience, and deep knowledge of the mortgage process gave me complete confidence along the way. What really stood out was his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile—always responding promptly to questions, providing helpful explanations, and making sure I understood each step. He kept me updated at all times and followed through on every detail with impressive thoroughness. Thanks to his guidance, the entire process felt seamless. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone in need of a mortgage expert—you won’t find better service or support!"
