I can't fully express how grateful I am and how thoughtfully I feel like I was walked through every step of this very scary process. Kyle reached out to us in mid-September with a refi...We did our first Rocket Mortgage loan over a year ago. At the time we were told the Rocket would monitor to see if there was a better rate for us. Kyle reached out to us in mid-September with a refi which brought our loan percentage down nearly 1%. Kyle was always available to answer our questions via text of email. In fact I once joked with him if he ever was not working. Kyle made the process easy, and fast. We closed our refi 3 1/2 weeks after first contact. Thanks Kyle!"

Buying a home comes with a lot of questions, and Austin answered every single one quickly and clearly. I’m pretty sure he responded to text faster than anyone I know! We were out of state for part of the process, which could have made things complicated, but he went above and beyond to keep everything on track. His communication was excellent and he made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly smooth. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients, Austin is your guy. Highly recommend. Honestly, if every part of buying a home worked like Austin does, the process would be about 90% less stressful."
