Later, when rates took a momentary dip, he reached out to me to see about another re-fi—which I had only just started thinking about—and which I wound up closing with him once more, saving me more than $500/month. All our time was centered around her. She passed away and then we were wrapped up in making funeral arrangements. There were many delays and we are exhausted from all the tension and stress. Dan was fantastic! He was very reassuring at a very difficult time. We have already recommended him to others. Hopefully we will hear other successful stories."
