Kristen responded to my request for assistance with converting my Construction Loan into a permanent loan and did so quickly and expertly. Not the cookie cutter Mortgage transaction but Rocket through the entire journey made it seamless. I have taken out 8 other Mortgages in my lifetime including liaison duty when my wife and I moved our moms near us some years back. None of those journeys compared to this our 9th and intended last. Rocket Mortgage stands out as Best in Class. They were my best rate, their process is extremely well plotted, their staff very well trained: and most importantly, well suited for World Class Service and execution of protocol. If I am seem overly effusive, no apologies. Kristen, Peter, and Kendal were all fantastically attentive. Kendal was particularly special in her push at the finish line when issues with the build delayed closing. I am very grateful to all."

At the time my credit score was mid 700's. Soon after he was making late payments and ultimately defaulted on the loan. My credit plummeted to the mid 500's My wife and I struggled for 2 years to bring our score to low 600's. We had leased the home we purchased for 6 years. We were never late paying our rent. We built a great relationship with the homeowner. My wife loved the home and one day hoped we could purchase it. The owner called one day wanting to know if we thought we could get financed as she needed to sell the home. I reached out to Rocket Mortgage praying there may be a chance we could obtain financing. At 63 years of age I felt the odds were not in our favor. Corbin said hey I have you. This young professional kept his word. He worked for us like we were the only applicant Rocket had.
