She was very thorough and really helpful about picking the write mortgage for my situation. If you’re looking for the right banker, look no further! You couldn’t find a better catch to help you with your first purchase( or sale, or if you’ve done it multiple times). If I ever plan on selling or purchasing again I plan on having her help me if at all possible. All in all, she’s a wonderful person with a big heart who loves Jesus. And she’ll take care of you!"

However, Hasan broke everything down for me to make sure I fully understood what was going on and kept me updated when in the escrow process. There were many issues with my case but Hasan took the time to find solutions and options to get my loan processed. Although I had a tight budget he still cared for me as he would anyone else. I am forever grateful to Hasan and all the work he put in to get my kids and I into our first HOME. I fully recommend him and could not be more appreciative of the work he did for us. Answered all my questions even before the process was started. He explained things to me to make sure I understood what was going on. Even when an issue came up (NOTHING to do with Chris) he walked me through how to get it handled correctly. Chris went above and beyond to help me. He was available by text and phone call. Even if he was busy he would text me right back to let me know he would call me later that day. I appreciate everything he did. Chris made this whole process very easy."

This is also the 3rd time we have refinanced our home in the past 10 years. In all of my experiences with the mortgage industry, I found Bruce to be a flawless professional. He showed in-depth knowledge about Rocket Mortgage processes and the VA Interest Rate Reduction Loan structure. He was able to answer nearly all of my questions immediately on the phone. What I found to be most reassuring was that he was not afraid to tell me when he didn’t know a definitive answer and that he was going to look it up or ask someone. This immediately built rapport between the two of us and made me feel very comfortable that I was getting honest information. Bruce has an absolute knack for communicating with people. He has a positive, can-do demeanor that made our conversations quite fun despite the cumbersome topic. His communication style is also impressive in the fact that Bruce maintained a polite, respectful, and professional manner throughout the entire conversation. This was, by far, the best mortgage experience I have ever had!"
