My purchase was going to be with a preferred lender for a new build, but I’m glad I gave Alana a chance to compete with their offer. She was wonderful to work with which is why I wanted to ultimately work with her on the transaction. When I went with the new build I didn’t think she’d have any chance, but she took the time to look at all the options to make sure I got the best deal. From working weekends and late nights to dealing with my temper tantrums, Alana couldn’t have been any better. It was a stressful process, but I won’t be going anywhere else for my future mortgages."
