Not only that but he was quick to refer me to the on staff credit team who was also very helpful in resolving some disputes I had on my report. Time was of the essence for us to do a cash out refi. He was able to show and explain to me the best option we had at one heck of a fair interest rate and prove to me it's not called Rocket Mortgage for nothing. He really went above and beyond. I am nearly deaf and as such use a phone with headphones that help me hear somewhat better, but not perfect. We played tag on that phone number and even had a tech failure that caused us to be disconnected. He called back on our landline and my wife was home by then and she was able to answer his questions to get the ball rolling. During this loan process, I must have sent him a half dozen emails and he always answered the same day, within just a few hours. I felt if I was being a pain with all the questions, but he assured me every step of the way I was not. It was refreshing to work with Abe who clearly puts his clients first."
